Biofreeze Spray does a good job of helping ease aches and pains, and I like that it's easy to apply without having to rub in a cream. It provides noticeable relief when I need it most. That said, there are a couple of downsides. It leaves behind a sticky residue and the scent is much stronger than I expected. The smell lingers for a while, and it's strong enough that our pets start sneezing if they're in the same room after I use it. Overall, it works well for pain relief, but I do wish it dried cleaner and had a milder scent. I am happy Sam's sells it in a 2 pack for a lower price.

Being able to spray it on your back is a life changer. Now you can do it yourself.

Wirks well

I have been using Bio-freeze for my aches and pains for many years. Mostly I have used the original green gel (5% Menthol) but decided to use the spray since it was 10% concentration (the roll-on was only 4%). I saw several reviews about how difficult it is to use the spray. I am not why some are having difficulty. I press down right from the top end and not the curved side. No issues.

I do like the brand and was excited to find it in a spray bottle which I purchased in store. I can tell you this is the hardest bottle to use the sprayer feature on. You practically have to stand on the danged thing to have anything come out. I'll never purchase the spray again.

The smell...whooo! Its enough to clear a room. It will likely clear out any sinus congestion too. I suggest getting a bathtub when spraying. You definitely dont want this on a fabric, but this stuff works well for pain for a few ours at least.
