It's a good shelving unit, but you can't space all the shelves equally. My Edsal shelving units, which I bought back in 2014 are nearly identical but the shelves can be spaces equally apart. This is important for me because I have Sterlite bins which won't fit on the 2nd and 4th shelves unless all the shelves are evenly spaced. I ended up modifying them and it was a real pain to have to do that.

Absolutely terrible experience. Would not recommend anyone to purchase. I got halfway through putting this together and realized the couplers were missing so there is no way to attach the two sections of shelving together. The parts list on the instructions do not even include the couplers but they are mentioned in the assembly instructions. How incompetent can a company be? I contacted their support email and got a quick reply stating that they would UPS the missing pieces to me. The UPS shipment went a week without updating any info. Now the expected delivery date for my missing pieces is over TWO WEEKS after when the shelving unit was delivered. So I paid for a shelving unit that has sat for two weeks being absolutely useless.

Great rack, the depth of 24" is significantly more useful than the smaller ones. One note -- if you plan to assemble this unit vertically to the full 72" height, there's four couplers required to attach the four corners (there are hacks on youtube to do it without the couplers. I did attach and it was steady but felt more comfortable with the couplers that are designed for these). These couplers are not included in the package I bought from Walmart. I went to the manufacturer's website and chatted with support. They promptly sent one without a charge for the coupler or shipping. (others have noted this in their reviews as well). Aside from that one side step, the unit is very easy to assemble. No nuts/bolts/screwdriver required. Need a small hammer. Even installing the couplers was easy enough. Once assembled, the unit seems very strong. Despite the hassle of having to request the coupler separately, I would recommend it due to the price and sturdiness of the unit. From the looks of the unit, it seems more fitting for a garage than the insider of a house.

not as good as other shelves. the only thing holdong the top and bottom together is a shelf which isnt super sturdy and is very hard to get connected correctly. it also limits where you have to place a shelf. Others similar to this have 4 small metal sleeves that hold the top amd bottom together. i will be buying those if I purchase again.

Awesome shelving unit! We bought a similar one from Home Depot for around the same price (a little cheaper here) but this one is far superior! Can adjust this into different configurations and the flat boards are great so nothing falls through the holes. Highly recommend!

I bought two of these shelves and both boxes were missing the metal pieces that allow you to connect the bottom and top half. Distributor did not respond to requests for the missing parts. I wouldn't waste your money unless you would like two short oddly shaped shelves instead of a tall shelf.

Like the sturdiness and nice finish. Make sure that it comes with the post couplers however. They are a design improvement and really make a difference, but not all of the racks have them included. The manufacturer was good about sending me out some however.

I ordered 2 of these---trying to get cellar organized. They are now holding up 2 a/c units on 1 shelf-2 t.v.s on another- plus a lot of other STUFF. They went together easily although it was a little confusing at first because 2 different sets of instructions came with them. After close reading-1 was for a different model...

I had purchased the smaller shelving a year or so ago, and when I needed more, I decided to look for them again. These shelves are very sturdy and relatively easy to put together. It will go quickly with two people, but they can be put together by one person. And the price was right! What more can one ask for?

Easy to assemble. No tools required. Very heavy - I ordered 4 sets of shelves. One package the shelving boards were a little chipped at the corners - no big deal. Esdal wants you to call them direct for replacements - there is a page with the toll free phone number enclosed in the box. I am very pleased with these shelves.
