My first time shopping with Walmart. The manufacturer didn't include all the important parts. Impossible to reach them by phone, left several messages. Finally, they promised to ship missing parts - still waiting 2 weeks later. Wish someone had informed me that the manufacturer was unreliable.

Bought 2 of these units for my basement and they are very sturdy. They are large with a ton of storage space. Not too difficult to assemble but they are heavy, so I would recommend assembling them near where they will be located. I am impressed with the quality and would definitely recommend!

These are decent storage shelves and the 2 pack is a good price. However the 72in tall side supports are in two 36in pieces making it difficult to assemble and leaving doubt in my mind about how sturdy the top half actually is. Also, the particle board shelves are brittle on the corners so take care when placing them into the brackets. I damaged my first one during installation.

I was unable to put the top tier on. I am using them as single tier shelves. Also purchased 4, one came with 2 boards broken. was sent a complete shelve as a replacement, needed to take new boards out, replace with broken boards and send back. Having trouble sending back

Bought to allow better use of storage space, including the ability to stack boxes higher, while still allowing ready access to contents. So far, so good. Easy to install, with only tool needed a hammer or rubber mallet. Seem quite sturdy. Only challenge in putting together was getting the connection of the lower unit to the upper unit right, but I got the hang of it. After my initial purchase, I did a re-order.

The quarter inch thick particle board shelves are very flimsy. I put a 2x4 -under the bottom shelf to set the buckets on the 2x4 on one edge and the metal rim on the other. Then before I laid the 2nd shelf down, I put a 1x4 down on top of the buckets to support the 2nd shelf. this prevented teh 3rd shelf from cracking. the mating clamps for the supports are ALSO very flimsy. I drilled 2 holes for each clamp, and put in bolts to keep L- support aligned on top of the other without slipping off with weight. I forced it

This is a great product except for the shell shelf bottom particleboard. That is about the cheapest example of particleboard I have ever seen it will not last any time in a damp climate without sagging and bowing. I probably wasted my time but I took two of the particleboard pieces used gorilla glued to bond them together and ImI probably wasted my time but I took two of the particleboard pieces used gorilla glue to bond them together and Im going to try that I really dont expect it to work though

Love these shelves, they are very sturdy. The deep shelves hold many items, I use mine for my canning jars and canned goods. They have a woods like smell that lingers for awhile, I find it pleasant. If I had a complaint it would be that there is nothing to keep the legs from scratching a floor, we solved this with heavy duty floor protectors....you can find them in the hardware aisle.

honestly when I first opened the box I thought this ain't going to work. but then I put it together step by step, and as you put it together it becomes sturdier and sturdier and I now have five of them assembled and loaded, I got another one to assemble and load and I'm about to order three or four maybe five more of them. they're great shelves. highly recommend if you have a garage or basement that needs to be organized these things will do the job.

I put this together in about an hour, including the unpacking and cleanup. Make sure you have a hammer to tap the uprights and shelf brackets together securely. The price is better than any other places I regularly shop plus WalMart threw in free shipping. I highly recommend this storage rack to anybody who wants a sturdy and functional place to store their goodies.
