The boards for the shelves are very thin. One actually broke while removing from the box. Otherwise it's a good shelf! I stored containers of clothes on them, so I guess they can handle a good bit of weight! I ordered mine online while on sale and I felt a little ripped off still.

Very pleased with these shelves! I price shopped for days and this unit of shelves was by far the best deal. Hint: when assembling multiple units of the same shelf heights, take the time to pre mark the holes you will be using. And hammer the braces in place as you go. It will save you sooo much time in the long run!!!

I have used similar shelving where I work in a warehouse.Your shelves were easy to assemble and (less than 1 hr. to assemble 3 units) are a very good product.I have purchased 6 shelving units in the past 3 wks. and if I need more I will only buy from you company.

I purchased the Muscle Rack Steel Shelving bundle, which included 2 racks for an exceptional price. There was a little confusion at first (had to actually pull a video up on-line to SEE it put together), but once we viewed the video, assembling the second rack was a breeze. It took no time at all. The racks are extremely sturdy and fit in really well with the existing garage system.

This shelf has been a great purchase. The only thing keeping it from 5 stars was that a couple of the pieces were bent just slightly. But the bend is enough to make fitting the pieces together just so very difficult! Once it's up though, I don't think it's a problem.

Did not include the connector units just as many others have said even tho the ad clearly shows them. Not nearly as sturdy as they say but adequate for the job once assembled. Super fast delivery. Worth the money as long as you have 4 1/2 inch bolts and nuts to tie the 2 parts together.

I ordered 2 shelving units and both boxes were damaged. The shelves are made of partical board not even pressed wood. The assembly instructions and video are misleading and inadequate. My daughter and I had to redo assembly multiple times and still the frame is lopsided. I actually hired a handyman to assemble the second unit. VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!

I bought 4 units to reorganize my garage. I found a video on youtube that showed how to put it together. Getting the third shelf on was "interesting" but the fact that there are any screws, washers, or nuts to loose made it easier to assemble. Will definitely buy more if I need them.

Shelf boards easily yield under even moderate pressure; apparently muscle racks were over designed for the shelves. Again, although item E (couplers) were specified in the manufacturer's assembly manual, they were not supplied. It took too long to get the requisite response from them - time slots for customer's service were not respected. When eventually I connected with them the response I got was doubtful. It was communicated that the couplers were not meant for the Walmart version.

I order a single set of shelves and it came as described and I liked them. I then ordered two sets of the same shelf and I feel I am a victim of a bait and switch. The second ordered shelves are much lower in quality. The first shelves have sturdy metal shelf floors, the second order have shelf floors of a filmize 3/8" particle board. The uprights on the second set do not have the same quality as the first set. The second set does NOT match the photograph of the sales litiiture.
