I just finishing putting the shelves together. It was a little difficult for me to handle because I am small, with very little muscle. I think a regular person would have been able to complete it in no time. Otherwise, it looks great and just what I needed

Love the actual product but ordered 3 of these online and 2 came fine the last one had every corner of the wood shelving broken off...just waiting from a response from the manufacturer since they don't sell this size in my local walmart. Hopefully they can be replaced and my last rack can go up and I can finish the garage!

THE LARGEST SIZE DOESNT COME WITH COUPLERS!!! Okay I'm done with the caps lock, you need post couplers to be able to fully assemble with shelf and the 72" tall shelf doesn't come with them!!! Which is honestly really stupid. So either buy something else or make sure you're prepared to buy the couplers separately.

The only thing preventing this shelf unit from receiving a 5 star rating is two of the braces were bolted together, so we couldn't finish building it. It is heavy and sturdy although the shelves are press board. I was hoping they'd be solid grain wood. I added a coat of triple-thick lacquer to the shelves to reinforce them and protect them from moisture. I did call the company and ask for replacement braces that should be arriving soon. They were easy to order, and the person who took my call was friendly and helpful.

I bought 2 shelves and one of my boxes was opened and had a missing part and damage rails, but I don't blame the company that made it, I blame wal-mart for reselling a returned item without checking into it. however, I called the company that built the product and they sent me every thing I needed without any issues. The other box was perfect. I am a 5'1 female and put both shelves together by myself. It was so easy and you only need a hammer and a step stool. They work perfect for my butlers pantry.

Not a bad shelf. Can be used as one tall shelf or two short shelves. When stacked they are held together by the center shelf brackets, not ideal. It would be nice if the shelf brackets had some type of retainers, other than just tension. Make sure to get the shelf level or you will have trouble keeping the shelf brackets in place.

These shelving units do not come with the couplers required to make them the full 72" in height. Other reviews have mentioned this problem, and I should have read those before purchasing these, as I need them to be tall. This is unacceptable--if your units are advertised as being a certain height, they must include all the pieces needed to make them that height.

Poorly written instructions but still not hard to put together and it's missing the brackets to put the top and bottom together and weren't in the instructions but it shows it comes with it in the default picture. I'm having trouble finding brackets. It's also not heavy duty.

The original product came with a coupler to put the 2 riveted cover bars together to make the second level. When I reordered, the additional racks did not come with the couplers. Without the couplers, the product is not stable in my opinion. Walmart does not carry the couplers and was not able to get the manufacturer to supply them to us. Product had to be returned

Don't buy this unless the couplers are already in your cart. They don't come in the package and you can't finish assembling the unit without them. I ordered the shelves around Christmas (2 months ago) and the couplers haven't been in stock since. Much good half a shelving unit does me. I think Wal-Mart should reimburse anybody for the shelves who has been waiting for a coupler that seemingly doesn't even exist anymore.
