This chair was everything we wanted. It has different reclining positions and the foot rest is great! The neck pillow hits at the wrong spot so we just turned it around.

Very frim seat and I prefer more cushion. Arm screw stripped when assembling. Lumbar elastic clip broke upon first release. Wheels, mechanism, and foot rest worked well.
