Not comfortable

Padding is nearly non existent after a couple months. Tried to make it work by using my own cushion. Not sure how I can get a return/exchange because manufacturer won't warranty purchase since it was at SAm's. Now the chair leans back on its own it won't hold the position to sit up straight. I would not recommend this product. I definitely would not buy it from Sam's

Not a good company

I just bought the chair and 1 arm is deflective the company won't send me a replacement part. Horrible company to work with. I'm going to return it and get something else from a better company

Looks Great, Terrible Quality

4 Months in and the wood split under the seat. Leaving the chair in a permanent slant down in the front. This was being used by a 125lb teen. Should have never broke but made with pressed wood.

Gaming/Office Chair

Comfortable. Easy to assemble. Bought two one for me and one for husband. We use them daily. Only complaint is that the arm rests are lower than I like.

Ergonomic support and head support and footrest

Got it a few days ago. Very easy set up. Plush and very comfortable.I work from home so when I take a break, just recline it and put up the foot rest. Great price. Love it

Question.

We love the chair! The only thing is that the pillow from the headrest does not say respawn as the image does... makes me wonder if this is the real thing or a replica.
