Cheaply Built

Bought this a couple of month's ago. The base where the casters go is PLASTIC, I hit a crack in the floor and the caster fitting split on two castors. Chair is now a piece to fit in the trash. Look for something with metal base... Sam's will not cover a it has been too long...
