We liked the looks of the chair; however, one of the screws on the arms was stripped and so it doesn't tighten.

Bought this chair for my son's birthday. Since he is working from home he needs a good chair with lumbar support and he loves it.

Comfortable for relaxing and short days of work/play but not so much fo shorter people in statue or longer straight seated position.
