Only complaint Rubber o-rings that hold foot rest broke letting it slide off chair. Replaced with e-clips from auto parts store for under one dollar.

Arm Handle was coming apart days after I put together. I tightened it as much as it could be tightened

Only problem is my son mayblove it too much! It hardly ever gets out of it! Only tricky part is putting it together. Other than that, great chair.

Easy to assemble & great chair. So far he's loving it. The pull out could be a bit easier but I think over time/use it will loosen up some.
