Our products go through stringent quality controls to ensure each meets our high standards. Hard water, which contains a lot of dissolved minerals, is the number one cause of reduced effectiveness. If you live in a hard-water area, you may need to use more dishwashing liquid. Another cause of dishwashing liquid not cleaning effectively is the water temperature being too low. For best results, we recommend adding two tablespoons of dish soap to the sink, then add water that’s 105-115°F.
