(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) I admit I was sceptical when trying the Rubbermaid Brilliance container, I had heard of "leak-proof" containers before but they failed every time. Not this time. I used my container to take soup to work for my lunch and I have to say, even after tossing my lunch bag around a bit and tipping my container, not a drop was spilled! I went to warmup my soup later and the fact that I could leave the lid on and just use the vents to prevent splattering is genius! A++++

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) Having used other storage containers I could tell right away the quality of the brilliance container was far superior than others I've used. It has great features that every container should have such as spill proof, freezer proof and microwave safe. I tried the brilliance container with my soup and not a drop leaked out. I would highly recommend this to my friends and family.

Let me start by saying I love this product. It has allowed us to transition away from the mess of storing left overs to a very organized way. The see thru containers, the multifunction are all great pluses for me. My issue comes that it appears after 6 to 8 months there starts to be a breakdown in the material. It started with small micro fractures and end with a large crack, that renders the product unusable. I am highly disappointed as we love the product, but it was expensive. We made an investment and it has failed us.

The containers are 100% airtight, space-efficient, shatter-resistant, crystal clear, and dishwasher safe. These container are just the perfect size for storing your common pantry items like flour, sugar, spices, cereal, oats, grains, pasta and coffee. I'd definitely recommend trying this product.

I am very impressed with the splatter-resistant microwaving feature of the Rubbermaid Brilliance containers - it works even though without the steam valve. I also like that it's odour resistant - leaving no odour even I stored butter chicken in it overnight.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This set of containers has a great set of features that are also some of the drawbacks. They stack beautifully inside each other, which makes storage so much easier. The drawback is the seal. Yes, it is a great seal and I have experienced no issues with leaking. However, we have already had two of the snap tabs break off due to the amount of effort it takes to pull the lid off (and where the snaps are in location to the edges). They are also not easy for kids to use, so I would not recommend packing in lunches or other scenarios where they would be required to handle on their own. Take it easy opening them and you should be fine. I'll be watching the quality of the plastic over time. It feels a bit thin and I am nervous of them cracking if dropped, but so far, no issues in that regard.

After using this new product several times and putting it through the dishwasher I'm sold! Clear containers and easy to stack in refrigerator also no leaks! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I loved this container. I was on the hunt for new food storage when these arrived. The plastic is sturdy and thick which I really liked. I was skeptical of the claims that it was stain proof so I dumped in some leftover spaghetti and meatballs. And it all came clean in the dishwasher, no red stain! Super impressed.

I’ve been using these every day to tote my lunches for about 6 months and have been very pleased with their performance. Until recently, I did not have a dishwasher and hand-washed only. I have run them through the dishwasher maybe twice now and they have TOTALLY LOST THEIR LEAK PROOF SEAL!! Yes, this is on the top rack on a normal cycle with no crazy heating or sanitizing. I would not have put them in the dishwasher if they weren’t advertised as dishwasher safe…. Huge bummer, now I have to keep them in plastic bags to prevent leaking in my backpack.
