I have upgraded my entire containers to the brilliance! I love the locking lids and also they vent in the microwave! Also love that they don't stain! I did drop it one time with spaghetti inside and it did not pop open at all or break! I highly recommend this product!

The answer for me is all the above but this IS a really freaking awesome bowl. I seriously want to clear out the "other" bowls and stock my cabinet with this Rubbermaid plastic container. It cleans well, heats well, and seals wonderfully! It's lightweight and great to use for taking lunch to work, storing leftovers or snacks for the road. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

They are so easy to open and close. Clear so I know what is in what and all of the different sizes work great for storing so much and they can stack on top of each other. Easy to clean even dishwasher safe. They honestly seem very durable like 5 years from now I will still be loving them.

The clear packaging is also a plus since you can see your food inside and see if it’s still fresh to eat. Although Rubbermaid® BRILLIANCE™ Food Storage Containers are leak proof and microwavable, I feel more comfortable using a glass container for continuous microwave use. I also think that the plastic container is less durable than glass ones. The container appears that it would stack well with others of its same size and brand. The fact that it is dishwasher safe makes cleaning convenient.
