The TV design is ordinary for this class TVs. Although its quality seems to be good, the objective answer in that regard, as well as pertaining support, would be appropriate only in a year or so. The monitor burn-in concern holdings me back in giving this TV 5 stars.

I am very overwhelmingly happy with my purchases it was a lot of money but this is my entertainment the quality is beyond exceptional nothing like I've ever own before, certainly worth every penny the colors pop you've literally feel like you're in the room where it's showing. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a high quality product that I have enjoyed for the last two years. The picture is spectacular, nothing compares. However burn in is real. We watch a lot of CNN and the Breaking News banner is now part of the experience. The set is our of warranty but upon showing proof of the problem and verification of the image retention LG has agreed to replace the screen. Labor is on me but I am more than satisfied.

We bought the new one and it is the LG. We love it!! It gets good and cold and we love the extra door in it to keep from opening the full door for something.

Different sources & even different channels need different adjustments. Since most of the TV I watch is from satellite, that may be the norm. Still working on it but I hoped LG might have an update soon that will help. A quick note on the remote. I've had to pair several times because it quit responding.
