I'm a diabetic & these are so great for me. It's a little hard & have to let it soak in milk about 10 minutes.

Good facade / marketing Was expecting more of a golden Graham experience with the protein benefit.. and it is far from it.. needs some zest

Awful. This might even be worse than eating cardboard. I'm not sure how this got past quality assurance.

This was ok tasting, but the pieces were a bit too small and the price was way too high for such a small bag.

This is a high protein cereal with a very mild cinnamon flavor and not very sweet. It is a nice change of pace from other cereals and as an added bonus it has a considerable amount of protein in it.

First time trying this product. I really didn't care for the taste of it. But if you are a protein freak, like my son, then you're like I didn't care for.

I am always on the lookout for Keto products & this one is great. Sweet, crunchy & Keto friendly. Even has the added benefit of protein. Well worth a try.

Other than the crunch, it's terrible. It leaves a terrible aftertaste and almost has a chemical flavor and smell to it. I only gave this a try since I am trying to eat healthier and missed cereal. If you are a regular cereal lover just don't. It's not worth the $12. I don't even think I can give this away.
