Catalina crunch is so delicious! Get doesn’t need milk or anything else. I eat it as a snack or as a meal and I feel content with what I mean and I don’t have nearly the calories that I would with a normal cereal.

A way to get more protein in your morning rush!. Whether over yogurt, milk or just eating dry. I add to cinnamon Cheerios! Just the right amount of crunch; never soggy if multitasking and get pulled away. I bought blueberry flavor as well .

This brand of cereal is the best tasting low sugar, low carb cereal on the market. It has lots of fiber and protein which keeps you full for hours. I will continue buying this product.

I've never been a cereal person but this one is the best. My favorite thing is how this cereal stays so crunchy in milk and tastes really good. The added bonus of extra protein really keeps me going in the mornings!

If you are watching your sugar or carb levels, this cereal is a great choice. I think it tastes delicious with almond milk. I usually have it as a dessert rather than breakfast.. It has a nice cinnamon flavor.

Tastes pretty good and very crunchy. It was a little strange that the flavor seemed to disappear after chewing, but I didn't get hungry again for hours!

I follow a (relaxed) keto lifestyle so no grains. I have missed having the occasional bowl of cereal...but no more. Catalina crunch is very crunchy and tasty. Good for a snack or with some almond milk. Pleased Sams is carrying it in a larger size and better price than the health food store. Now if they'd carry the chocolate! Took off 1 star because of a slight aftertaste from the sweetener.

I've tried a lot of low-carb cereals and this is my favorite. The macros are great, the texture is good but the flavor is pretty bland in my opinion. I tend to use this more as a component than as a meal in itself; crumble it up on some yogurt, or grind it up as a low-carb cheesecake crust. It also makes a great snack by itself dry. If you're watching your blood sugar or protein intake, I highly recommend.

These seemed like a fairly healthy snack but wasn't as good as I thought they sounded. Seemed like they had a thin layer of flavor but didn't go through the whole piece. Not very flavorful to me.

This stuff tastes terrible! I couldn't even eat it. I had high hopes of finding a new GF cereal, but returned it since it was inedible.
