If you are watching your sugar or carb levels, this cereal is a great choice. I think it tastes delicious with almond milk. I usually have it as a dessert rather than breakfast.. It has a nice cinnamon flavor.

This brand of cereal is the best tasting low sugar, low carb cereal on the market. It has lots of fiber and protein which keeps you full for hours. I will continue buying this product.

Catalina crunch is so delicious! Get doesn’t need milk or anything else. I eat it as a snack or as a meal and I feel content with what I mean and I don’t have nearly the calories that I would with a normal cereal.

I follow a (relaxed) keto lifestyle so no grains. I have missed having the occasional bowl of cereal...but no more. Catalina crunch is very crunchy and tasty. Good for a snack or with some almond milk. Pleased Sams is carrying it in a larger size and better price than the health food store. Now if they'd carry the chocolate! Took off 1 star because of a slight aftertaste from the sweetener.

I've tried a lot of low-carb cereals and this is my favorite. The macros are great, the texture is good but the flavor is pretty bland in my opinion. I tend to use this more as a component than as a meal in itself; crumble it up on some yogurt, or grind it up as a low-carb cheesecake crust. It also makes a great snack by itself dry. If you're watching your blood sugar or protein intake, I highly recommend.

It's not bad but definitely not great. The snack mix gave me very high expectations and I was let down. It has a very chalky protein powder after taste. Very light on cinnamon sugar. I'll finish what I have but I will not be repurchasing. 4.7/5

Love the lower carbs and higher protein. The strong chemical aftertaste is overwhelming. I definitely would not serve to a child for fear of a bad reaction to the chemicals. I threw it out

While I appreciate the attempt to create alternatives, this rendition of cinnamon toast crunch is undesirable. I feel terrible after eating it. Maybe it's that it lands too heavy in your stomach or something. And the texture is very noticeable.

Bought this product to add to our cereal, for added flavor and texture. The taste is OK, but what I don’t like it leaves a film in my mouth, for me that’s unpleasant.

This is my favorite cereal and I only get it at Sam's. Regular grocery stores have Catalina crunch cinnamon toast flavor and it tastes WEIRD. However, my Sam's got a new batch in and I guess they have the weird one now. I hate it so much. The new recipe has a strong chemical taste and it sucks. There was even one in-between formula that I didn't like because it was crispier and more maple syrup flavor but it didn't have the chemical taste. That was a brief change, but now the current one is not good at all in my opinion.
