Catalina crunch is so delicious! Get doesn’t need milk or anything else. I eat it as a snack or as a meal and I feel content with what I mean and I don’t have nearly the calories that I would with a normal cereal.

I am always on the lookout for Keto products & this one is great. Sweet, crunchy & Keto friendly. Even has the added benefit of protein. Well worth a try.

This is a high protein cereal with a very mild cinnamon flavor and not very sweet. It is a nice change of pace from other cereals and as an added bonus it has a considerable amount of protein in it.

This brand of cereal is the best tasting low sugar, low carb cereal on the market. It has lots of fiber and protein which keeps you full for hours. I will continue buying this product.

I’ve never been a cereal person but this one is the best. My favorite thing is how this cereal stays so crunchy in milk and tastes really good. The added bonus of extra protein really keeps me going in the mornings!

I've tried a lot of low-carb cereals and this is my favorite. The macros are great, the texture is good but the flavor is pretty bland in my opinion. I tend to use this more as a component than as a meal in itself; crumble it up on some yogurt, or grind it up as a low-carb cheesecake crust. It also makes a great snack by itself dry. If you’re watching your blood sugar or protein intake, I highly recommend.

These seemed like a fairly healthy snack but wasn't as good as I thought they sounded. Seemed like they had a thin layer of flavor but didn't go through the whole piece. Not very flavorful to me.

The texture is very hard, too hard for a cereal. Flavor is ok, but very mild. It needs a stronger cinnamon flavor.

This is my favorite cereal and I only get it at Sam’s. Regular grocery stores have Catalina crunch cinnamon toast flavor and it tastes WEIRD. However, my Sam’s got a new batch in and I guess they have the weird one now. I hate it so much. The new recipe has a strong chemical taste and it sucks. There was even one in-between formula that I didn’t like because it was crispier and more maple syrup flavor but it didn’t have the chemical taste. That was a brief change, but now the current one is not good at all in my opinion.

This stuff tastes terrible! I couldn’t even eat it. I had high hopes of finding a new GF cereal, but returned it since it was inedible.
