there really isn't anything good about this cereal. it's tough to chew, my jaw hurts from one bowl. the sugar alcohol aftertaste will not go away.

It has a nice crunch. That's it. Taste is awful. Aftertaste is worse. Probably the artificial sweeteners. Also difficult to digest. Not sure about the protein, but I can attest to the fact that it does have fiber. I would rather have a protein shake and a bowl of the real Cinnamon Toast Crunch from General Mills

This is my favorite cereal, and the fact that it’s healthy is just a bonus!

Very chalky protein like taste.
