This is an excellent little processor - exactly what I needed for pesto, quick chop of veggies or onions, and other small prep. It has a simple and intuitive design and is very easy to use and clean. Love it.

This is just the right size for small meals. The only problem I have it that it leaks. It doesn't seem to be air tight. But I do love the navy blue color.

Recently used this to make pesto and loved it! Cut my prep time in half compared to what I had been using. A valuable addition to a kitchen used for preparing small quantities of food and with limited space. Happy to have the Mini-Prep!

The Mini-Prep is perfect for small jobs when the standard cuisinart is too big. For instance....chop an onion....done; tuna salad....done; creamed cauliflower...done. I love it and will give it as a gift to every cook I know!!

Sturdy, solid blade. Read and follow the manual on how to use this product and it will last a lifetime. This is not the one that will break, it is the one you are looking for.

Received this as a Christmas gift, and I’m impressed with the power the appliance has. I only wish the processor had the capability to add discs for shredding and slicing.

I bought this because I had so much dental work that I needed to chop everything and blend it. I used to have one, but gave it away when I moved. It is a very helpful tool.

Had to use this for small pieces of hard cat food that had to be smaller for elderly cat to eat. Worked fantastically. For me, Cuisinart is the best of everything, in all appliances.
