I bought the Mini-Press for prepping small quanties while cooking. It does a great job with out getting out my full size food processor I do a lot of cooking and only use Cuisinart because of their quality

I love my processor!! It replaced a different brand which had been replaced twice with the same brand. (Crazy right?!) The Cuisinart Brand is far superior. It is much quieter and larger.

This is my second mini processor; the first lasted about 15 or more years . It is an indispensable item in my kitchen. I use it almost daily. It makes life easier when time is limited.

This mini processor works perfectly for my needs. I bought it to make hummus. The small holes in the lid are perfect for slowly adding water and oil. Mixes quickly and cleans easily. It's light weight but sturdy. I'm very happy with it.

Purchased this mainly for salad dressings and lending small quantities for sauces. Works great for that. Chopping is fine (ie onion or bell pepper) if you have smaller uniform pieces to start with.

I bought this several months ago. Use it for all of my small chopping and for making hummus. Very light weight but has the power to get the job done. Well worth it!

Great unit for small processing jobs with easy cleanup. This is a mighty little food processor. We bought it specifically for small batch use. Cleans up easy and quick.

The processor is a nice processor but if you are purchasing for pesto sauce, hummus, etc... I would spend a few more dollars and purchase the processor with dual blades

Love it! Great purchase. Used it to chop a few garlic cloves, it did a great chop, even though it was a small amount. Also, chopped a large onion, did excellent.

This comes in very handy when I don’t want to pull out the big one for something like a couple of handfuls of nuts or something. Since it’s smaller it’s easier to clean.
