I gave as a gift 4 Christmas! The first time they unzipped the case, the zipper broke! But the guitar and package is great! PErfect size for tween! Overall I would recommend it!

I was so pleased when I looked at the guitar as it came out of the box! It is attractive, and has a much better sound than I had anticipated. For the cost I expected to be a bit disapointed, but was not at all!

All was great. We got 2 of these for our grand daughters. The only issue was trying to tune. I did not realize that 3 strings were tightened clockwise and the other 3 strings were tightened counter clockwise.

I got this for my son last Christmas (2011) and he has loved it. He wasn't very interested in the book; he said he learned better from YouTube instruction videos. However, he did love the tuner. I've been very impressed over the past year.

I'm a lefty. I'm a visual person. The booklet really helps. I've never tuned a guitar either. I figured it out very fast. The only reason I purchased this one was because of other's reviews. Again, it is great!

I like the guitar but can't get it tuned very well; electric tuner is not easy to understand; cd rom has tuning instructions but they go too fast ' They allow 2 seconds to tune each string, huh? I will keep trying my best

I bought this for my 9 year old grandson for Christmas. He is having a great time learning how to play it. The DVD and book are very easy for him to understand. I am very glad I bought for him.

This guitar is well worth the money for a starter. My boyfriend plays guitar and was not expecting it to sound so great. He has guitars that were thousands of dollars and likes to play on mine! That should say a lot.

Like value and all products needed included. Quality of case is not great. Had it only 3 weeks and zipper has broken. Overall pretty happy with purchase.
