I got this for my son last Christmas (2011) and he has loved it. He wasn't very interested in the book; he said he learned better from YouTube instruction videos. However, he did love the tuner. I've been very impressed over the past year.

Perfect 1st guitar! My 15 y/o wanted to "play" guitar. But he's challenged and has autism. The price point of this is perfect! Difficult/took a lot of time to tune. 1 string has broken, with his brothers help. Lots to still look up on YouTube.

Purchased for my daughters guitar class. It was effective. Her music teacher said the tuner that came with the guitar was in correct. She has never used the guide/dvd so I am not sure if it is any good.

Beginning guitar for my son. Product shipped and arrived early. Great tracking info. the guitar soft case ripped early, but the guitar and demo gear good quality.

Great beginner guitar. Comes complete with everything to start playing. I use as a travel guitar, sounds good and loud. This one is for my daughter with small hands. The neck is good for her.

Ive been playing for many year's and I wanted a cheap beat around guitar and its really better than I expected plays and sounds great straight OUt of the box

Like value and all products needed included. Quality of case is not great. Had it only 3 weeks and zipper has broken. Overall pretty happy with purchase.

This guitar package is great for anyone wanting to learn to play guitar. Everything you need is included. The guitar looks and sounds great. I am extremley pleased.

The guitar is very nice and is what I expected to get. However, the black "case" that holds it... the zipper broke on the 1st day we had the item. Disappointed in that, but the guitar is good.

This is a great set for if your just starting to learn to play guitar. The CD isn't a video it's a music playlist so you can play along and the book gives specific directions and information. Overall this is an awesome set.
