I was nervous that the blend would be too light but it turns out that is NOT an issue in the least. The roast and taste is just as robust as many other Starbucks blends but without some of the bitterness or acidity a darker roast may have. In fact, l've found myself reaching for this bag over other coffees I already had. Overall this blend is full-bodied without being bitter - and I love that. If you enjoy light coffee this might be a good coffee for you; it's a smooth light coffee. It's too light for me personally especially iced where ice ultimately watered it down too much.

It is the right amount of toasted nuttiness that is also bright in flavor. Very smooth and not too acidic. I can enjoy this without it being too powerful or strong when I don’t add cream or sugar.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I enjoy Starbucks Sunsera Blend for its smooth, bright taste. To prepare, I heat fresh water to just below boiling (around 200°F) and use 1 to 2 tablespoons of ground coffee per 8 ounces of water. I place the coffee in my coffee maker, pour the hot water over the grounds, and let it brew for 4–5 minutes. For a richer flavor, I sometimes use a French press, letting the coffee steep for four minutes before pressing.​ Occasionally, I make cold brew by mixing coarsely ground Sunsera Blend with cold water at a 1:8 ratio. I let it steep in the fridge for 12 to 24 hours, then strain it. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Starbucks blend is unremarkable average and bland, no floral or nutty notes like many other seasonal blends. A very forgettable taste. I’d place in the same category as pike place with the exception that it is not bitter like pike place, my least favorite from all the coffee flavors that Starbucks has to offer. I’m pretty disappointed and definitely not recommended this flavor.
