I was able to drink a couple of cups without getting all jittery. I love the aroma this gave when I brewed it. Smelled like pastries with coffee? I don’t know if that makes sense. Bag is cute, very Starbucks. You can always tell when you have Starbucks. :)

It’s smooth, well-balanced, and has a nice brightness without being too light. It has hints of citrus and toasted almond. The packaging is easy to open but it would be nice if they made it completely resealable. The blend of sun-dried Brazilian and Colombian beans gives it a subtle sweetness that works great on its own, but it also holds up well with a little milk or creamer. I’ve had it both hot and iced, and it’s good either way—definitely an easy everyday coffee. If you like something mellow but still flavorful, this one’s worth checking out.

Starbucks Sunsera Blend Blonde Roast is the most spectacular coffee. This is going to be the coffee of summer. Do you know why? Because you can drink it HOT or COLD. It is crafted with a blend of sun dried Brazilian and Colombian beans. There are flavors of lemon zest, toasted almond, Asian pear, and apricot all balanced to perfection. It is not too acidic. It is so sweet and smooth. It does not have any bitter aftertaste whatsoever. I have found that it is different from all other coffees in one big way. If I leave a hot cup of this coffee on my desk, and do not return for a long time, it is still just as good cold with a few ice cubes dropped in to it. I have waited for that my whole life.

The coffee tastes good just black, it’s a light roast with a nice toasted almond flavor. It says there are citrus notes too, but I didn’t really pick up on those. I usually take my coffee with milk and sugar, but this one has a smooth, light flavor with no bitterness or acidity. I even tried it iced and it was awesome. Definitely need to restock.

I was nervous that the blend would be too light but it turns out that is NOT an issue in the least. The roast and taste is just as robust as many other Starbucks blends but without some of the bitterness or acidity a darker roast may have. In fact, l've found myself reaching for this bag over other coffees I already had. Overall this blend is full-bodied without being bitter - and I love that. I brewed 2 tbs in a pod on my coffee machine. The coffee was delicious with milk and creamer! You can also brew it to make iced coffee. I look forward to making iced coffee with it once the weather warms up!
