Once again Sam's has taken away an excellent product, Bryon's Barbecue, and left us with an inferior product. This stuff is so dry you couldn't add enough sauce, it also had a really strong smell and taste of smoke. The packaging is ridiculous. Total waste of money!

This pulled pork was excellent tasting and juicy. Not sure why so many negative reviews, but it could be because the photo on the product cover is not exactly what's found inside. The photo on the cover reassembles more of what the pork looks like after it fully prepared, and not what it looks like upon opening the pouch or after cooking/heating. The directions are clear that you have to cook/heat and then "pull apart with forks". Once pulled apart it looks like the cover photo. If someone doesn't realize the pork has to be pulled apart, they are going to be surprised when they open the pouch and find large hunks of pork.

I usually LOVE Member's Mark products, so I was excited to make pulled pork sandwiches with this one. DON'T DO IT! It smelled terrible coming out of the oven, there were pieces of SKIN, lots of FAT, and mystery meat chunks of dark and light "meat". I was so disappointed I almost cried. Very hard to shred the pieces I could identify. Think I'll just make a PB&J, and call it dinner :(

Tasty and easy to prepare. I cut the bulk of meat, eat some and freeze some.
