I have bought this pork quite a bit and more recently the meat is not as tender and does not separate as well. Overall the flavor is good, but not the same quality meat as it has been.

This smoked pork is pretty tasty. It's very easy to heat & eat. Note you get more meat than you'd think by just looking at the package as it's not "pulled" (shredded) yet, and you add your own bbq sauce. It is really good.

Looking for a simple meal idea...nice tender pork. It comes in a big lump of meat lumped into a blob. You have to heat it up and tear it apart. YOU have to add sauce, it comes plain, ready for anything you wish on it/in it. It just didn't meet my expectations. And it was greasy and set off my GERD. On the plus side, the meat is rich and substantial.

Usually I don't complain.. But this was horrible… If my son (4 year old) didn't like the colors and hot wheel on it I would have brought it back. But unfortunately then we wouldn't have had a cake to celebrate with and didn't want to disappoint my son.so the cake definitely didn't look like the picture. And the cake itself inside was so hard and old… like it was sitting in a freezer for a month or longer. And we had “ordered” custard filling. And there was maybe 4 spots in the cake that looked like they just cut open holes and squirted some inside for the filling. It wasn't even 2 layers. I would NEVER buy a cake from here again. Very disappointed.

This item is called pulled pork on the label. This is from from being pulled pork and I am shocked that the supplier would call it that. The only pulled about this item is it looks like a pile of scrap pulled from the butcher's scrap pile. I do intend to get a refund for this item.

I'm torn about.this.review, did not like the fact that there is no bbq sauce included and you have to work to shred the product before serving ,but over all the meat is mostly fatless and flavorful although it looks non appetizing in package. my family enjoyed with our sauce.

Depends on who you ask. My husband and I loved this product. We are on a high protein / low carb diet and when I tried the sample, we were hooked. Tasted GREAT for a long time. That coming from a Texan. Loved that it came without being doused in fatty sugar sauces. Though as of late it seems we keep getting large fatty chunks and it no longer falls apart easily after cooking like the chicken does. I now have to get multiple forks out and pry it apart and use a knife to cut it up. It is not “pulled” anymore as it states. Chicken you barely have to touch it for it to crumble after cooking. I was a bigger pork fan over the chicken, reverse that now. I've stopped eating this in the last month or so, my husband is still on board with it. For now. Disappointed.

We got a cake for my son's 12th birthday, it was a Hot Wheels cake, because he collects them. Everyone really liked cake decorations and they said the cake was really good. The only thing was, that I had to put the physical decorations on myself. I always thought that the bakery did that and then put it in a bigger box. Anyhow, It wasn't hard to put it together. I'd buy another cake from here again.

I had high hopes for this pulled pork but it had a lot of fat. It was a weird presentation being a big brick of meat that I would need to break apart and shred. Flavor lacked until I added my own sauce. None of my three kids would eat it. Would I buy it again? Probably not.

We bought this cake because of my son's 7th birthday. Our Walmart has always made excellent birthday cakes %26 the last five years we have ordered at least three every year. This cake was exactly as pictured. We were all very pleased, especially my son! Tastes great and is beautiful. So pleased!
