It took a little time for us to receive this product, but we were not misled about the delivery time. This is a trash can like that we have owned for quite a few years. Considering the ease of purchase, the quality of the product and us being as happy with a garbage can as one can be, this will not be the last one we own.

This product is great looking and works really well. The touch less feature is great and hasn't failed me yet. The reason I'm giving the product 4 stars is that it takes four D batteries. It would be more cost efficient if it took AA. However , I still give this product high ratings for looks and performance.

This is our 2nd Sensor Trash Can. We bought the first one years ago for personal use, and just recently bought this one for our new vacation rental home. I LOVE how it is not necessary to touch anything when you drop trash into this can. Who wants to wipe down something just because you are dealing with raw fish or chicken, etc and can spread germs so easily. The trash can uses four (4) D Size Batteries, and they last a long time (or at least based on our usage). Uses standard kitchen 13-gal trash bags and has a liner that secures the bag nicely. One other feature that appeals to me is that it does not take up as much space as a round trash can or even most of the other rectangular ones. My only regret is that I did not buy one for my other 2 vacation rental properties; however, I may be rectifying that very soon!

I had seen the Nine Stars sensor trash can while visiting my sister. Fell in love with the hands free convenience. Many times you have your hands full or they are covered with debris from cooking and you have to touch the top to open it. You end up having to clean the top and you could drip stuff on the floor while trying to get the can open. The auto open feature prevents this and keeps you trash can clean and saves time.

We bought this trash can to replace a similar touchless one that was 5 years old. They look almost identical, however, this one is much quieter and the bag holding rim is easier to use. We love this trash can because often we have wet or messy kitchen trash in our hands and the auto open feature is wonderful! Highly recommend this one!

As far as trash cans go, this one is very cool! I needed a slim, nice looking receptacle to fit in a certain area of my kitchen. $60 seemed a little high to me when I started looking, but when you compare to the other stainless cans available at the store with the same price tag and less features, this one is a better deal. Even though they describe it as slim, it holds alot. We are very happy with the purchase, and I would even consider buying this for someone as a gift(seems like a weird present to get for someone, but certainly beats some of the goofy gadgets that stores promote for Christmas and no one would ever use). One con: FYI, it fits under the lip of cabinet edges (36" height) but the lid won't open all the way. Don't hesitate in buying this can if you are looking, its a good one!

This is a sharp looking trash can but if you have careless people in the house that help with trash duties, beware. The aluminum bottom is highly susceptible to dings and dents. It is very thin and fragile. Needless to say I took mine back to exchange for a more durable can.

I have used this trash can for relatively short time and up till now I am quite satisfied. So far it has worked according to my expectations. I am quite confident that it will perform quite well in the future as well. I am glad to have selected and purchased. I received the delivery very promptly as a matter of fact beyond my expectations. I am very satisfied.

I love the trash cans, but NOT HAPPY with the fact that they are now $20 each less than when I got mine a couple weeks ago. If I had been able to purchase them at the store, I would simply take them back and get them at reduced price. Not so easy with online purchases. Thus, I still HATE having to buy online.

We have been using for about 2 weeks. So far, the only compalint that I have is that occasionally jost walking by can cause the lid to open. This is especially true if carrying an object in one's hand. It is due to the location, not the product, but we do not have another place in our kitchen to place it.
