Thank you for getting in touch about our Olay Moisture Renewal Blend Body Wash. We would like to apologize for your wife's experience. That's not the kind of experience we want any of our consumers to have and we understand how frustrating this may have been for her. Please know that we will be addressing this with our Health and Safety team. Safety is our highest priority and we have made it our duty to test all of our products thoroughly, ensuring they are safe when used as directed. However, we understand that some consumers can have personal sensitivities and so aren't able to tolerate specific ingredients or formulations. We do recommend she discontinue from using the product if she hasn't already done so. When you have the time, please give us a call at (800) 652-9261 or email us through our Contact Us Page.
