Constant problems with this TV wish we didn't buy

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This TV locks up constantly, can't even turn it off with the power button or remote. Only way to fix it is to unplug it. This review is now being requested because Vizio thinks this is a new tv, we had a power outage and again the tv locked up, required to be unplugged and the tv then didn't recognize our profile and had to be set up yet again as a new tv. Not a fan of this tv at all, hey Vizio if you are reading this how about sending us a better tv that works? I miss my Sony TV, why did I think this was going to be an upgrade…..

All is great

I've had the TV for 2 weeks now. It works great. I do have to note this model does not allow you to add on other apps like HBOMax and Showtime, but as long as you can cast with a smart phone, its not a problem. Other than that, all else is great and works as intended.

I am confident in Vizio

This is my third Vizio tv, (58") the first one is a 55" tv I we've had over 10 years and it still running strong today. The second one is a 32" tv we purchased 4.5 years ago. I must say you have a very good reliable product and I am very happy with my Vizio's.

Why I purchase Vizio television

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this 3 years ago I was under a budget I really like what I heard I wasn't married familiar with the new features of modern TVs of today so that's why I bought it and I don't regret it to this day.

Streaming services unavailable

I bought this TV for myself after having the same TV for more than 15 years. I'm very disappointed that the two streaming services I use the most, HBO and Spotify, are not available on it. It also seems like I am not able to download them either. I feel like I wasted the money that I spent on this TV. I probably won't buy a Vizio again.

Hello Raimy, this TV uses our SmartCast Platform which offers a host of built in apps, as well as support for Google's Chromecast, Apple's AirPlay 2, and voice support for SIRI, Google Home, and Alexa. You are not able to manually download additional apps, however new apps are added to the platform often. If you find there is an app you want to watch that is not on SmartCast you may be able to cast it using Chromecast or Apple AirPlay from your phone or mobile device. Great TV

Wonderfully surprised by the quality of this economically priced product. Dont think just because it doesn't break the bank that it doesn't perform like others that cost way more. It has performed very comparable to those higher end brands that I've been used to purchasing. Pleased so far!!

Great features

I brought this thanksgiving day and i am glad i did. The features are second to none. The watch free tv surprised me cause it looks like it should be paid TV! The airplay feature is a plus for iPhone users ( most TVs on the market don't have this feature). It's also true 4k with HDR!

Ok TV, wouldn't purchase another one. Sometimes the HDMI ports don't hook up correctly so I have to unplug the TV and plug it back in to get it to register. Also hate how it turns itself on during updates and doesn't turn back off so I wake up to a black screen for my TV being on all night.

Comprehensive set of features

I bought two VIZIO V-Series 58" Class 4K HDR Smart TVs for our office conference room. I connected them to a mini-Mac and a conference room Webcam. The feature set in the TVs is comprehensive, from Apple Play to WiFi to Google Play and HomeKit, plus all the streaming apps. The only tedious thing is setting up all the user names and passwords for all the apps and Home automation services. SUGGESTION: VIZIO would benefit from allowing users to set all of this up in one app on a website VS using a TV remote.

We love our new TV

When the quarantine hit we knew we needed multiple televisions to entertain our family. We chose this television because my husband has another Vizio television on our back porch. We have enjoyed that television very much and know we will receive many hours of viewing from this one as well.
