Great Picture, Sound & UI

Got this TV to replace our early 4K TV that gave up the ghost 2 years after new purchase. Much better picture for less moolah, and build quality and initial experience are much better. Bought with a 2.1 Soundbar w/ subwoofer package and love everything about the setup.

The Quality of the Big Screen...from your couch!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this TV to replace an earlier model VIZIO that had lasted me roughly a decade. The advances in home entertainment tech in that time became wildly apparent when turned on my new, sleek 50 inch. The sound quality and picture were amazing! Additionally all of the Smart features at your fingertips just made the purchase all the more worthwhile.

Amazing Quality

I love this TV! I purchased it 2 weeks ago and it's the best decision I have made. I get more Pluto channels than regular cable tv. The connection is amazing and I love the updated new apps. Best purchase I've made on an electronic item in a very long time! Thank you Vizio!!!

The best brand of TV

I have never owned another brand of TV and I don't plan to because I've never had an issue with any Vizio I've ever owned. I've been purchasing Vizio since 2012 and I've only purchased 3. One is a 2012 and is still in my living room. Works perfectly and has been through 4 household moves. My second one was in my bedroom. I recently gifted it to a friend because I wanted a bigger TV in my bedroom, so I bought a third. Great TVs and a great value.

Don't recommend this model

Bought this model 8 months ago. I am now on the 3rd tv!!! The 1st one the apps would freeze so they had to send out new TV. Second TV, started turning itself off all the time!!! Now on my 3rd and the stupid remote is faulty. Press power button, volume goes up; press "ok", then volume changes or it fast-forwards or who knows what. Nothing really works as it should! My very first VIZIO lasted over 15 years. This one is horrible!

Not a happy camper

Got the TV Home with help because I am a senior citizen. Took me 2 hours to hook up and get ready to view. Sound kept popping and popping when hooked up. Changed all cords including HDMI and still would not work properly. Another hour unhooking, and packing back up and returning for my money back. When I asked the associate if Visio was returned often and she said yes. I really wanted the visio brand but was afraid to get another one so I purchased a different brand.

I was completely happy with my TV until my smart cast stopped working. And I can't figure out to turn mirror imaging back on. Nothing I googled is helping either. Only thing I could do is factory reset, which is definitely annoying having to re enter all my app information again

New out of the Box.

We got a very good price on this TV. Got it home and hooked up and it is taking forever to update.IT has been running for at least 20 minutes so far. Next question in this survey asks if I would recommend, right now I would say no since it is taking forever to update.

Love the Quality and Features

Can't go wrong with Vizio

I had my last Vizio for almost 12 years & although it still worked like a champ, it was time to upgrade. The 58” V-Series seemed like a no brainer. It's a great size & you can't beat the price. So far it's been outstanding. The picture is great, super easy to use/navigate & I love the SmartCast feature, tons of great apps, I don't think I've switched over to regular cable since I bought this two months ago. I'm not a huge tech person but the built in USB, AirPlay & Chromecast features are also winners in my book. Not that it's a deal breaker but I wish I was able to connect headphones via Bluetooth & a voice remote option would be nice. All in all, great TV for the price, I'm super happy & if it's anything like my last Vizio, these babies are built to last.
