Beautiful Picture

I bought the tv in February at a great price. Wonderful quality, easy set up and use. Just within the past 2 weeks, tv would power on, but remain black. If I pulled the power Cord and placed it back, the tv would work as intended for 1-2 days then do it again. Customer support was extremely helpful, but after doing all the troubleshooting, including factory reset, it didn't work. Now the tv won't power on at all unless I pull the power cord and replace. Vizio is replacing the entire tv. I gave it 3 stars because when the tv is working as it is suppose to, it's awesome, however, I give Vizio and its customer support team a 5 Star rating.

I cant watch any of the apps i love to watch

well I didnt do my research before buying because i had assumed EVERY tv was set up like a TCL where u can literally download ANY APP. the VIZIO I just bought has a limited selection of apps that you are able to download and access. My luck most of the apps i am used to watching and having access to is not available on this tv. what kind of wack crap is this!?!?

Hello kaylam2012, this TV uses our SmartCast Platform which offers a host of built in apps, as well as support for Google's Chromecast, Apple's AirPlay 2, and voice support for SIRI, Google Home, and Alexa. You are not able to manually download additional apps, however new apps are added to the platform often. If you find there is an app you want to watch that is not on SmartCast you may be able to cast it using Chromecast or Apple AirPlay from your phone or mobile device.

Good product for price

We were shopping for a replacement TV for a bedroom and were pleased to get a quality Vizio product for the price. Set up easy and picture quality of great. Wish we had more options to adjust sound quality (equalizer). We're sure this will be another quality Vizio product for our home for years to come.

Bought about a month ago. Remote did not work. Had to send off for ne remote. Received 10 days later. New remote worked fine, but now the volume controls do not work. the TV (side) volume control also dosen't work. Have to oush volume control about 30 times to get working

Remote Control

Remote control buttons are very very small, not easy to use and they are not in a good order to use useless you look at the remote. Need to redesign the Remote control.. also, Legs on the TV, don't care fro them. I like the one stand in the middle of the TV.

This application will do everything your current remote does and help you discover what applications will help you watch your favorite shows and movies. We do also support voice control using Amazon Alexa and Google Assistant.

Worked well for 3 years...

...then it lost video display that showed colored vertical straps that changed and eventually a dark screen. Audio worked and displayed 2 white strips when controlling volume. Had to purchase a replacement. Otherwise, it was OK. BTW, I still have one more that

Step up to bigger size screen of a Smart TV

Price was very reasonable, has all the standard goodies for a Smart Tv. Easy set up to get cable service recognized. Only downfall with this tv is sound comes out the back, so we bought a sound bar made specifically for this tv. Otherwise would purchase again, no issues

Apps not activating

I bought a 47 vizio 10 years ago and was very happy so decided to buy again but The apple tv app among others did not work. The left bottom side of the screen was kind of blackish when the screen was showing a white background therofre I have to return the TV for reimbursement

Easy to use, very fast

I have always been a loyal Samsung customer but decided to make the switch to Vizio and I'm never going to look back! Absolutely love how fast this TV is and easy to switch between apps. What really drew me in is that it doesn't need to boot up like my Samsung, I can turn the TV on and immediately go to any app. Love this TV!!!

Love My New TV

I got my new Vizio 70" TV three weeks ago, it's been great. I had a smaller Vizio that I bought about 7 years ago and was very happy with that one. So, I bought another Vizio. And, the old TV is still around, just got moved into the bedroom. Setup was easy. The controls are easy to use. I love the 4K picture.
