Decent TV

This is my third Vizio smart TV and within the first week I'm running into the same issues as my others. It'll freeze up on a show and have a Playback Error. If I try to exit and restart the home page won't load any apps and just show a grey screen, even powering down and back up the TV doesn't fix it. I have to manually unplug and plug the TV back in, that's the only solution to it. Both of my other TVs have this issue but I assumed it was because they're 1-2 years old. guess it's just a vizio thing. You also can't add any apps, only what vizio provides. I also ran into issues with mirroring my phone onto the TV multiple time and it freezing up and exiting, even though I was only showing some photos on my phone, not even streaming anything.

Great Value

I bought this V655-H19 TV knowing that the tech was a year or more old, but I have really been impressed. I replaced a 55 inch UHD 4K TV with this 65 inch 4K TV, and the picture quality is so much better, the colors more vivid, and the AI upscaling is terrific. I totally recommend this set. Its excellent value for the money.

Great TB

I am a VIZIO fan. My10 year old VIZIO finally started developing a couple of shadow lines. I was so pleased with it, but decided it was time to get a new one, a little bigger with additional features. It was easy to set up and love the Alexa is a part of it. I would recommend VIZIO to anyone.

Great TV but lacking in some Apps

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My wife and I bought this about a year ago. The image is pretty good, audio is good for a TV(still may buy a sound bar, I am an audiophile). Pretty easy to go between menus and functionality. While the Vizio channels are not bad, it is mostly older stuff with some gems sparkled in-between. The apps selection is not bad but it is lacking in certain apps. Like ESPN I cannot seem to get on this model even though I have seen the app advertised on the Vizio packaging boxes in store. It literally has the ESPN app on the side of the box but yet you cannot download it and as far as I can tell they do not have an App Store to pick and choose what ones you want. Vizio downloads them to your TV and then you can choose what is on your Smartcast home screen. That is one of the apps I watch the most on my laptop and other TV. Not sure what is going on with the ESPN app in particular. They do seem to have every other major Streamin app for the most part. Works with Alexa but does seem to lose connectivity more often than it should. I even have a Wi-Fi booster right outside the bedroom door to boost the signal and it will still lose the.Wifi signal or connectivity with Alexa. Maybe due to an update I had to recently go in and re-register the TV with Vizio and redo my information and am working on getting ti to reconnect with my Alexa product.

Perfect for my Gameroom

This TV is amazing for the price, I cant understand why someone would have anything negative to say about the TV it self or the smart features. Great picture and quality. I stay loyal to Vizio because of great products like this. The only negative quality is the built in speakers but who really uses those anyways...

Can not recommend

Too many problems. I would have to continually unplug and replug the HDMI cable in the tv port after just watching tv the day before. After watching a few 4K broadcasts, I knew something was wrong cause the picture did not look right. So tried to watch the All Star game and the info kept saying 1080p. After troubleshooting the cable box , it said I was at my highest setting 1080p. Went into the tv settings and it said the highest setting was 1080x1920 and HDR:No. Reset the tv to factory settings, same problem. Calling Vizo tomorrow, this sucks regardless of how long I've had the tv.

Wifi gone!

Bought this TV yesterday and wall mounted it with a friend. Set up was smooth, then everything went downhill when I tried to access Netflix! I lost wifi throughout the entire house. So tomorrow I will replace my modem/router (on super bowl day) and hope that fixes the problem. I'll revisit the rating when everything is working as it should.

Easy to set up, great picture

Great picture but some of the picture controls like Contrast, Color, Tint, Contrast are greyed out under the "Picture" menu selections. No explanation as to why. I will have to call and ask - can't see anything in the manual that describes this condition.

Great features but lacking in one area

I bought the TV about a month ago and the picture is clear the sound is great The options are great. The only two things that I do not like about the TV is that you can't download any apps for example I wanted to download the Spectrum TV app but I can't. And I bought the TV out of the box at Walmart and there was no remote control so I had to get a replacement on Amazon. It's probably not the same experience without it but my biggest thing is the downloading of apps.

Everything you need!

I never had a tv growing up and I finally bought this one and I'm kind of obsessed! It has super cool feature everything you need in a smart tv. Lots of apps including Netflix and Amazon prime video so you have the convenience to watch all your favorite movies and tv shows. Perfect size to sit back and watch sports. Amazing!!!!
