Unpleasant

So I caught sight of this particular series of Vizio off a few websites and decided to give it a try. I had an LG 55” I was swapping out after 12 years. It was an amazing TV, LED/LCD hybrid. So after doing a lot of research I decided to make the purchase on the V series of Vizio. Within my first 2 days of owning the TV it froze on the main screen and wouldn't transition to anything else. Since that moment it continues to freeze on me at least 1 time a week consistently and I have to end up unplugging it and waiting 10 seconds to plug it back in. I've owned this TV for about 6 months. I may end up back with LG. I have checked firmware and all updates and all the software are up to date. Not sure yet what I will do but so far I am not recommending this TV brand.

Beautiful Picture, Awesome Color

The TV is excellent, glad we purchased it, however, had a complicated time setting the TV up. Turning it on took a lot of time, not having an indicator that the TV was on, pushed the button many times then it came on. I would suggest that more information be supplied regarding set up, turn-on and options showing how to connect to a satellite system, which selection should be chosen for cable, antenna, and satellite. More of a user manual should be supplied.

great value.

i bought this about 3 weeks ago. was torn between the vizio and Tcl. I chose vizio for the features that were available for the price. even though the vizio was $40 more than the TCL I still chose it. the main reason was for the direct full array vs full array. I checked various different reviews between the 2 models. and every one gave a light edge to the vizio in all but one category. the streaming service. TCL offers ROKU while vizio offers it's own version. since I don't do a lot of streaming I went with the vizio. besides I can always get a Roku unit anytime.

User Friendly

I went through many deciding factors prior to making a final decision with a Vizio product. Convenience and accessibility were very important factors in my choice. I think this product has the most start forward setup and connectivity features. I am easily able to access my apps from the Home Screen, as well as common streaming Apps directly from my Remote. Each screen during setup was easily able to be followed and I didn't feel the need to have to flip through pages of instructions just to get to know my television. I am happy with my choice, and I have recommended this product to several. Whom have also purchased. Thanks Vizio for an awesome product!

Excellant picture

Had this for two months before I realized that it was not connected to my internet. Long story. Called your technical support and they spent over one hour helping me set it up properly. What support! Fantastic. I liked it before and it is even better now.

Easy setup, loaded with features, great picture

Loved how easy to setup this tv was and connect it with my new sound bar too. The built in speakers were a little better than I expected, but I wasn't going to use them anyway. Picture settings had some great options that I enjoyed trying out. Loved having an hdmi arc port to connect to the sound bar making it simple setup and great sound. I love being able to plug my fire tv stick into the back and being able to control all the options on it, as well as volume and settings of tv and sound bar all with the one vizio remote.

Adjustments

Think after much tweaking I have the color about right. Sound quality not as good as my old Vizio. Having difficulty understanding some of people. I have some hearing loss but could hear my old Vizio better. Can't seem to get the right adjustments to sound with this one. Other than that, it is nice streaming with out Firestick or Roku.

Price is not everything

I've had this tv for about 6 weeks now. 3 times this week the tv completely froze - you can't even turn off the tv. I have to physically unplug the tv and the outlet is not easily accessible. I've also done a "soft"reset and it still freezes. Occasionally, you can't access some of the apps. While the price is great, I'm frustrated and judging from other online reviews, not alone.

Horrible

From the first day I had my TV, I've had issues with the volume not wanting to turn up nor down. The tv would go out while watching apps. It won't come on unless I unplug it n plug it back in. The WiFi kicks out all the time n have to re-enter it. The apps won't work and I often have to rest the whole tv to make it work again. The only reason I didn't take it back is because I lost my receipt..

Love the size but volume is not good

We bought a new tv first time in 10 years and love the size quality picture and all the new features however the volume is terrible on it we actually had to buy a surround sound just so we didn't have to blast it to hear it not sure what's up with that other than that we love it
