Bad Wireless Connection

Picture is good but it keeps buffering and I've gotten messages to change picture quality from HD to SD. I didn't buy the TV to watch in SD. I had been using a Roku box with my old TV and did not have the buffering problem. No wifi issues on my other devices either. Unfortunately, I will be returning this TV.

Excellent quality picture

I am so in love with my Vizio all the TV's in my house are Vizio. I had my first Vizio 13 years ago. You have so many options now like I have the Smart Vizio TV and I can watch movies for free, I am registered with Netflix. The prices for these TVs now are very reasonable they don't try to rob you by having high priced TVs. Keep up the good work!! I don't want any other brand.

Issues

I had my TV for like 10 months and it got vertical lines through the whole screen and HDMI input quit working if there is something plugged into it. I have to unplug it hit the mode button go down to the HDMI that I want to use plug it back in real quick and then select it and then it will work.

Great TV for the Whole Family!

We've had this TV for about 2 weeks and it has been mostly great! It's easy for the kiddos to navigate (youngest is 4) and I love the Home screen where the apps and featured programming are located. The only issue we're having is that the Home screen sometimes won't load, leaving a blank screen. After talking with the helpful tech support, I've found that this is a common error that their programmers are working on. Hopefully the next available update fixes this. Otherwise, it's an awesome and affordable Smart TV!

amazing colors and features

i bought this tv because samsung was too expensive. when ready to turn on it was amazing. the colors the sound was better than any smart tv i have had. Vizio great job. i dont think i will buy samsung anymore. one thing i dont like is the channel changer. it is very cheaap

Great picture

So happy with this tv. Great picture, easy setup. We watch lots of British shows, so having Acorn app built in is a plus. But, disappointed that Britbox isn't. They will eventually need to upgrade to include that as it's becoming a favorite in this country.

Difficult to setup with no WiFi

This tv was purchased because of the size, price and reputation of Vizio. The salesperson said nothing about setting up without WiFi availability. It took over 12 hours of trying to get this setup without a network. There are NO instructions on setting up without WiFi/network. It works ok (for the price) now that we finally figured it out... picture could be sharper, but is probably due to watching on zoom feature so that frame is filled. Adjusting sharpness is ineffective.

It's Ok!

I've had the TV for a bout two months now and when I first got it the whole screen went black and I could only hear sound so I had to get a replacement and now sometimes this TV just has a black screen where I can not go to the Home Screen. When the TV is working I do enjoy it very much especially when I'm gaming but I wish I didn't have these problems with a smart TV
