Purchased this about a month ago at the recommendation of my sister and am very pleased. My husband and I feel it was a good purchase. Pleased with the comfort and ease of handling when changing linens. Yes, we will recommend to our family and friends.

If you want firm, the iComfort is extremely firm...hard as a rock. We weigh 160 and 175 lbs., age 62, side sleepers. The first week we woke up with sore hips and shoulders (like camping with a hiking roll). First night my wife finally moved to the guest bedroom to sleep. I called Serta customer service and they recommended giving it more time to break in, or return it to Sam's. They also said we probably would prefer a firm with "plush or Euro top", but not the pillow-top (too soft). A week later I bought the Members Mark adjustable platform (we highly recommend) to allow for raising head, feet, neck, and massaging. It actually makes the mattress feel much better, but pushes you to change sleep positions to your back and prohibits belly sleeping. It's been 2 weeks and we still don't love the iComfort firm. We may return it to Sam's if it doesn't soften a little more after 30 days.

After reading several reviews I chose this mattress set and could not be happier with my purchase. It's incredibly comfortable and supportive, and soft. I was blown away by the service piece most. Outstanding communication from the get go, and the delivery was efficient and courteous. Very good experience from start to finish, and a very good price.

I have only been sleeping on this mattress for about a week now and I can say it took some bit of getting used to. The bed is a Queen which prior to this bed I had a King for years, But we needed more room in the BR. I can say I had a Wonderful night sleep last night. So it is better. My husband has said almost every morning, He has slept like a baby ever since we got it and no back pain, I think the 925 coils in this mattress are a great additions for us heavy folks. So All in All, I'm happy with my purchase.

I have had this set for a few weeks now and it has made a difference in my sleep. The firmness is as stated and has been great for my back. The delivery was also very nice and the removal of my old set saved me the trouble. I am completely satisfied with this purchase.

Purchased this mattress after actually seeing it and testing it @ Sam's Club along with my Mrs then we decided to order it on line which we saved on the delivery cost and we couldn't be any happier with this decision a quality U.S.A. made product and a # 1 mattress corporation *SERTA, We have this mattress well over a month now and it's as advertised in comfort style and of course quality my opinion only but if your thinking about getting a new queen mattress this is a ideal item which offers all the perks in modern mattresses along with a major savings by almost half of what these mattresses actually go for you won't go wrong with your decision in a new firm queen mattress.

Love it. I was a little disappointed at first because it felt firm, however, it is just right. I have fibromyalgia and cannot sleep on a firm mattress. We are glad we chose the low profile boxspring, it looks good, not to low or too high that you need a step stool. Great value for the quality, we ordered a Queen and King set. Only negative was it took over a month to receive.

We bought this mattress two months ago and we've have been very happy with it since the first night we slept on it. We're a Mutt and Jeff couple, differing in height by a foot and weight by 75 pounds but we're both side and back sleepers and the mattress works great for both of us. The mattress we replaced was over 20 years old, quite soft, and quite comfy so I was concerned that the iComfort Hybrid Applause II Firm mattress would feel like concrete compared to our old mattress. Not at all! It was firm, yes, but extremely comfortable. There's also little movement when one of us turns over or gets out of bed, which is a huge plus. Delivery was a breeze. We were notified a week in advance when the mattress would arrive, it arrived that day within the 4-hour window we were given, the delivery team moved our old mattress and box springs set down the hall and set up our new Serta mattress and box spring set, made sure we were happy with the set up and were on their way in less than 20 minutes. Perfect!

We purchased this mattress to replace our 29 year old Beautyrest (it was about time) and we couldn't be happier. The mattress is a nice firmness, yet has just enough cushion. It has really helped my back problems. I love the height of the box spring and mattress together. We were even happier because the box spring and mattress came as a set and was on sale. The ordering, delivery and set up all happened within 2 weeks. We were so satisfied with our purchase that we ordered a Cal King mattress for our daughter and her fiance as a wedding gift.
