At first my husband and I loved this mattress. We thought it was the most amazing mattress we had ever slept on in our entire lives. However, after 3 to 6 months the mattress started to dip or both of us slept and quickly lost it's mojo. We've had this mattress for three years now, and I absolutely hate it. We wake up sore and aching every single morning, and there is a distinct line in between us where the unused section of the mattress still has its original mojo. We are now contemplating buying a sleep number bed, as this mattress initially felt like it checked all of our boxes, but really it's a dud just like it's cheap imitations. I would not suggest you buy this mattress.

I received my bed in August 2018. Within this six month period, my bed has managed to get some permanent sinking near where the pillows go and has a spot sunken near the middle of the bed. It makes it very challenging to get comfortable on an uneven bed. Before this issue, the bed was very comfortable.

Wished we would have got the king size, way too small

I replaced a traditional mattress that had started to sag and was very excited to try this "hybrid" version due to back pain I had begun experiencing. I sleep on my side 90% of the time and had read reviews that this one would be great. It is extremely firm (and I bought the "plush") and after the 4th night on it, I have awful back pain, all over. I am currently looking into my options for exchanging this.

The mattress in and of itself is of good quality but it is way too firm for us. The first night I couldn't fall asleep and moved to our guest bed because it felt like I was sleeping on a board. Subsequent nights I've slept in it and am getting used to it but will still be exchanging it for something softer. If you like a very firm Mattress then this is for you. If not, steer clear!

We have been sleeping on this mattress for 6 weeks. It is very comfortable but I do feel some rock n roll when my husband gets in and out of bed during the night. There are small body depressions in the mattress already and I am disappointed in that, perhaps it is normal, I don't know. I would have rated 5 star if there were no body depressions.

I've been mattress shopping for a couple of years now. After doing some initial research, I tried Saatva Mattress company's coil spring luxury firm mattress. I was really well-made, but didn't sleep so well. After waking up sore for about 3 weeks, the wife and I reverted back to our old mattress until this past spring. I thought I would take the leap and go with a foam mattress, and chose the Loom and Leaf relaxed firm mattress. One of the complaints about foam mattresses is that they sleep hot, which Loom and Leaf (and reviewers) claimed they had solved with their pattented cooling gel. Well, ... it sleeps hot. I would wake up at night in a very hot little spot that I sank into as I was sleeping. I tried to shrug it off as a bad night; I really wanted to like the mattress, especially as I had already returned one. We kept it for almost the entire 3-month trial period, but with the hot nights, and the fact that we still woke up sore in the morning, we ended up returning it as well. I considered several other options, and finally settled on a hybrid mattress. I honestly didn't expect much. This Serta ended up being perfect! At first, I thought it felt a little too firm, but I was waking up feeling great. I don't know if the mattress softened up or if we just got used to it (it has only been about a month), but whatever the case, we finally enjoy a good night's sleep! There was also a slight bit of off-gassing for the first week or so, but that is long gone now. For comparison's sake, I'm 51 years old, fairly athletic and weigh 148; my wife is 49 and fairly active, and weighs 128. I'm not sure how this mattress would work for everyone, but it is definitely a winner for us! And with a $200 rebate and Sam's great return policy, it's worth a try.

Hubby and I bought a set of the twin mattresses and head/foot adjustable bases and it is a great value and a very comfortable night's sleep. They are loaded with features and I love Zero G setting! Definitely try this one out first if you are in the market for an adjustable bed!

Bought mattress on Jan 2nd at a savings of about $100 when compared to other retailers. Was delivered on Jan 24th, 20 days later. Usually other retailers will deliver in 2 days or less. The contract dictates that they will pickup old mattress, but they refused to pickup. Called Sam's club twice and also called Buffalo Carrier (716-288-7141) twice by myself to have them pick it up. (Case # 00529295) The garbage companies in Buffalo only pickup large items once per QTR. All I can say is good luck getting any service or returned calls from Sam's club. I guess I should expect less than what the agreement says.
