I’ve just had this for a short time, so haven’t done a lot of cooking with it yet. Use it for toast frequently and it does a great job. Air fried beaded fish and it worked great. Baked potatoes also came out great. I’m a single person, so I don’t like heating up my regular oven for a single serving. Bought the cuisinart as it was recommended by a friend who has had many brands over the years and she indicated this brand held up the longest. I rated this a 4 instead of a 5 because I haven’t had it long enough to try all functions.

Awesome product and customer service. This is the second I’ve owned (and I’ve given as gifts). Can’t rave enough!! When we had an issue with our second air fryer after about a year’s use, Cuisinart customer service was PHENOMENAL! Not only replaced the unit with a new one but rushed delivery because we use it so much (and it was right before a holiday), Can’t rave enough!

The knobs are archaic. It’s hard to time anything, because the dial is not very specific. The inside space is not very deep so if you’re baking, some thing that bakes quickly, you risk over brown on the top or over brown on the bottom. The oven is way hotter than the temperature settings. I baked cookies in four minutes which is good till you consider. They may be raw on the inside. The toast function isn’t great. takes too long and only toasts on one side. I bought it because it was a Cuisinart and I really wish I had not for the price. I could’ve gotten something much better.

This is a good size appliance that’s not as large as some I’ve seen and does so much more than just an air fryer. I really like all the cooking features this offers. Only suggestion is to include more cooking temps and times for common foods in the manual. Foods cook so much faster than in my oven and it’s a perfect size for 2 people. I’d recommend this to friends.

This is my first air fryer. It is also a wonderful baker and broiler. I haven't made toast yet but it also does that and grills too. I would give it 5 stars except I'm a little worried about the type of material used for several of the accessories that come with it. I was disappointed that they are not to be put in a dishwasher. With that said, I love using it and so far my Chicken Parm was the easiest and best dish I made.

We love this oven. The size of it allows us to put in taller items, like big potatoes, without them being too close to the burner. It cooks perfectly- nice and evenly and efficiently. Easy to use settings. The only improvement we’d like would be for it to be a bit wider and for the rack to stay level when you pull it out. It has a catch so that it can’t slide out, but it does tip down a little bit.

We received this product as a gift, and it was love at first site! We have used it everyday since plugging it in. From a simple piece of toast for your eggs in the morning. To an entire steak dinner with all the fixings. This thing can do it all. My favorite, so far, is making sweet potato fries on Air fryer mode. They cook fast, and come out nice and crisp. This will no doubt be our favorite kitchen tool for a long time!

We previously owned a different brand of Air Fryer Toaster Oven and the controls conked out in only a year and a half, even though we are not "heavy" users. So we replaced it with the Cuisinart for three reasons: (1) Our daughter owns one and absolutely loves it; (2) It comes with a 3 year warranty; and (3) it has good features and high quality parts. So far we find that it works very well. It does everything they advertise it to do, it's easy to use, and the food comes out great. Plus, it looks like it'll really hold up and we'll be enjoying it for a long time to come. So why did we give it 4 stars instead of 5? The oven timer starts at the 10 minute mark. Many times we only need 5 or 6 minutes to cook or warm up something. It would be convenient to have a 5 minute marking on the dial. We'd also prefer some sort of non-stick coating on the oven pan. Are we being picky? Maybe so. Overall it's a really nice product.

This is our second unit. The first broke down after 36 months. We have been using it daily for quick browning . It's our goto bacon cooker. The new unit has much nicer heating elements and the control knobs are much nicer to operate. For our family, it's something that has to be replaced if it breaks down.

I am mistly pleased with this air fryer but offer the following observations in case they might be useful to anyone's understanding in choosing the right model for them. I really like how this unit cooks, and the many functions it offers. It is not hard to use. My criticisms are that the bottom tray, although easily removed for cleaning, is so thin and flimsy that you cannot put any significant cleaning pressure on it without bending it. I also don't like that the timer dial's first increment is at 10 minutes and I can't accurately set shorter times. I have taken to using the timer on my microwave or phone.
