Had an issue with a Toaster Ove/Air Fryer purchased Christmas 2020, stopped working March, 2022. Contacted Cuisinart and they very, very promptly replaced it! The Customer Service was fast and friendly. We could not be happier with the service. It's a great counter top device and we use it very often.

I replaced my old toaster oven and air fryer with this one appliance—I was nervous it would work as well as my old appliances did. But happily, every function worked great! I love having more room in this air fryer, and I really love having more counter top room with just one appliance instead of two. I am very happy I chose this Cuisinart brand.

Perfect for my kitchen, its been great and easy to use. So far all options : air fryer, toaster bakes, broil and warm have made cooking easier for two person meal preparation. For cleaning, I suggest after each use- wipe it out, so the grease does not build up. Mine still looks almost brand new even after two months of use.

Bakes about 50-100 degrees hotter than set on the dials. Otherwise works wonderfully. Inserts should all be fully dishwasher safe. As it is, the main baking pan discolored after being washed. I can see the advantage of having digital controls, but once you get the hang of this appliance, the money savings are more than worth it. Air frying is amazing - who knew?

In my household we definitely use all the settings and switch through options regularly. When I want to either cook, reheat or not use my stove this appliance is my go-to. Most mornings we use the toaster and air fryer settings and for dinner we use the grill or the oven. It so convenient and easy to use/clean. It has helped me get dinner on the table faster and has saved me sink full of dishes on more than one occasion.

The knobs are archaic. It’s hard to time anything, because the dial is not very specific. The inside space is not very deep so if you’re baking, some thing that bakes quickly, you risk over brown on the top or over brown on the bottom. The oven is way hotter than the temperature settings. I baked cookies in four minutes which is good till you consider. They may be raw on the inside. The toast function isn’t great. takes too long and only toasts on one side. I bought it because it was a Cuisinart and I really wish I had not for the price. I could’ve gotten something much better.

I waited to purchase amongst the vast market of multiple-option counter top ovens. Cuisinart has worked out all the wrinkles. Much better use than large oven in two person household. I’ve baked, toasted, air fried, warmed and broiled in just the few weeks since purchased. Also deleted two appliances from my valuable counter real estate as this has replaced toaster and air fryer. This will make holiday cooking easier for me!

The good, and the ugh. I like how it cooks, bakes, etc. Sure beats using my big oven so much and I can hardly hear it when it is running, also that the outside does not get too hot to touch. I dislike how poorly it cleans up. The metal material inside and the pan/baking sheet is ugh, grease sticks like glue to the top heating components and insides and the pan. My granddaughter had one but because of this she threw hers away, not having the time for constant cleaning she did not have with her job and a family. I live alone, but still don't like for the same reason I doubt I will replace this when the time comes unless those things have been addressed.

This is a very nice quality oven. It’s only weakness is the toaster function. Toasters are just faster and better for bread, muffins, bagels, etc. Cuisinart is a very good company to deal with. I had an issue and it was solved immediately, no questions asked, no hassle.

This is my second Cuisinart air fryer/toaster oven. I loved the first one and used it everyday. My husband and I are empty nesters so this was much better than running an oven. Unfortunately, the button that selects function broke. That is a complaint of these products. I hope this one makes it longer than 3 years.
