Works Great and the fact it is made of All Stainless Steel with a good deal price!

Absolutely love this grill!!!

Very pleased with our new grill. Solid construction compares with grills much more costly. Window is nice touch. Dear burner is great for steaks. A couple of wishes: easily removable sear burner to facilitate cleanup, illustration of left side of grill to aid installation.

I read and shopped for weeks before landing on this grill. It has some of the higher end features like double walled lid, stainless steel grates, thick stainless steel burners and stainless steel flavorizer bars a Weber Summit or other top brand in a 6 burner grill with these features would easily run you $2,000 and up. I realized that the high end grills are great quality and will last a really long time but I just can't justify spending that kind of money outdoor grill at my house. That said I believe this one will last a long time and do a great job if properly cared for. I'm looking forward to hugging and up to my natural gas line. That was another plus. It comes with the natural gas orifice and liquid propane installed. All you have to do is remove to liquid propane orifices to go to natural gas. This saves you anywhere from 60 to $80 on a conversion kit. The lid window is a plus that I've never had before. Looking forward to seeing if I like using it like an oven without losing all my heat. Lastly I was pleasantly surprised that it comes about 80% assembled. The only things you have to actually screw on are the searing burner and the kettle burner. Everything else is just a drop in. I will follow up after I've used the grill for a while and give a report on my impressions of it.

Great looking grill, however flames on main burners seem to be very weak.. I'm exchanging it to as we speak, maybe a defect, however I will post another review once I assemble the new grill and see what the flames look like. I want to like the grill so I'm giving it another chance. Has anyone else had this issue? And yes, I've switch propane tanks just in case it was a tank issue. Not my first grill, but was there a control gas valve somewhere to have a larger gas flow? (other than the grill knobs and on the propane tank?)

Super nice perfect size

Our Weber died and we needed a grill! Was waiting for Sam's Club to put this on sale, luckily they did. We went today and picked it up. Yes, it is partially assembled but still takes time and patience. My husband used some choice words while assembling as the screws are in the hardest places. My little hands came in handy. Love the glass see thru window. Took 2 hours to assemble and here were are cooking at 1030pm! Hope the steaks come out good! Very happy with our purchase. Looks professional!

I am very happy with this grill, but I noticed an annoying problem, hence only 4 stars. I know what I'm doing when it comes to cooking/grilling. The side burner grate is too low in my opinion. Meaning, when you put a pan on it, the pan is too close to the flame. I tried to fry some peppers with the flame on low and they still burned. For this reason the side burner is unusable for anything other then boiling water. I'm trying to reach customer service but they never answer the phone. The side burner grate needs to be higher.

Very bad heat distribution ,takes long to heat up. cooking grids very hard to clean [cheap stainless]. Also was missing screw that mounts gas control valve to the side burner. chrome on plastic besels (behind knobs flaking off. Came that way right out of the box Igniter wire to sear was broken.Custumer service did send out new wire and evenually the screw and 2 besels.Now 2 others are flaking thier chrome off.

Bought this grill at Sams Club. Put it together and found cracks on the backside of the hood.Gas valve to the sear burner did not work properly. Plastic cover piece of the burner valve let the screw go thru. Embers sent out another hood and a replacement for the sear burner valve. Also there was no handle and mounting screws for the grease tray. Embers sent those out. The new hood that Embers sent me also had defects in the weld on the back of the hood and also a series of scratches on the front of the hood. I was unable to get Embers to correct this situation. It is poor quality on the welds and the scratches are damage. I also ordered a rotisserie from Embers that is supposed to fit this grill. It does not meet those standards. The mounting bracket interferes with opening the sear burner lid or the side burner lid if mounted on that end. The rotisserie rod is made in about 6 pieces that screw together and do not match up when put together and when they are put together they sag in the middle. Have been over a month dealing with Embers over the issues of this grill. Still have not used it. Sams says they will replace it or refund a return. It is a nice grill but it is not made to handle a rotisserie to stay mounted on the grill. The manufacturer left no space from the edge of the grill hood to the edge of the sear burner and side burner lids. If Embers would improve their quality issues perhaps people buying these grills would not have problems.
