The wheels were broke.. Sent back thought they would send another and NO It's was my husbands 35th anniversary present NOw we don't ahve anothiung very upset

Easy to assemble, appears to be good quality heavy lid, and great price. I've had it about a month and have used it 6 times and the electronic start still works(lol).

We assembled per directions whic were terrible to begin with. Then the grill would light but not heat past 225 degrees. We called the customer support number which was terrible. We spoke to the supervisor who requested we send the same pictures I sent the previous day.. They've requested pictures again which I've sent to two different people twice and haven't received a response. We finally contacted a BBQ grill place who we have to pay for to come out trouble shoot.

The grill is excellent but they have to improve in at least two things, the hands to give the burners dressed to fall from the first day that was used because they are plastic. The endinations Steel's steel should be safer, my husband cut a finger when he was cleaned for the first time on May 26 and now that the wound is healing. Thanks

The base of this grill is already put together. All you have to do is add the side burner and side searing pieces and put in the grates--super simple to do with less than 10 steps in the directions. I am not at all handy and I got it done in less than 2 hours including unwrapping everything. No way is it worth the $ they are charging to assemble. Now that it's completely together, it's gorgeous. This should last for years and years and at a fraction of the cost of the super fancy name one you need another mortgage for.

I have been looking for a good quality grill for quite a while. This one pretty much has it all. Stainless Steel construction throughout including the burners, grills, and heat diffusers ( the first items to rust and disintegrate.) A built in window with a fairly accurate large thermometer. It is solidly built and was relatively easy to assemble. The 6 burners do a good job of bringing the unit up to temperature and can be adjusted to hold a nice consistant temp for long slow cooking. The Sear unit is amazingly hot. Be sure to pay close attention when searing on this because it WILL char your meat if you are inattentive. I do a fair amount of Sous Vide cooking and this sear unit is ideal for the final sear on steaks, chops, etc. The only thing this is missing is a side sear for rotisserie cooking. When using the rotisserie, light the outer burners and leave the middle ones under the food unlit. Place a disposable aluminum pan over the unlit burners to collect grease droppings. Works great and keeps the grill cleaner. One point of caution, if you decide to add a rotisserie to this unit, DO NOT order it from Embers Grill (the manufacturer of this Members Mark Grill). I did and discovered, if I mounted the motor bracket on the grill, I could not use the sear burner because it prevented the cover from opening. Instead, buy the One Grill Stainless Rotisserie - 45" X 1/2 Spit. This one will work and does not interfere with the sear unit. Of course the rotisserie motor must be removed first. All in all a great unit for the price. I have seen grills at double the price that don't match up for build quality and features.

The end-to-end experience with purchasing, assembling, and using this grill was really positive. I was able to load it into the back of my Honda Pilot by myself - I just tipped it up and slid it in. I have a bumper protector, though, so if you don't be careful or you'll scratch your bumper if you do it this way. It comes almost entirely assembled, and the remaining parts are intuitive and easy to attach. It took me about 20 minutes total. One minor beef - I couldn't find the screws that attach the handle to the grease tray. I found them afterward, attached to one of the pieces of plastic that protects the grill's finish during shipment. Performance-wise, it's top notch for a grill at this price point. It gets up to temp nice and quickly. The window is a great feature so you don't have to keep lifting the lid to check on progress. It feels solidly constructed. It moves very easily on the casters.

We've just used the grill a couple of times but so far it works great. In my opinion it has the quality and features of a much more expensive grill. We've had problems with the burners burning out on previous grilles we've had. I corresponded with the manufacturer of this one and the burners of this grill are very advanced and they expect that they will last the life of the grill. I'm hoping that since the whole grill including the stand is made of stainless steel that the lifetime of the grill will be very long. I'm pretty handy with tools but even though the grill comes mostly assembled, completing assembly was a challenge. Assembly is available so you might want to consider that. Just getting the grill out of the box was a chore. I chose to pick up the grill rather than have it shipped and save about $150. It was just myself and one kind of small Sam's club guy loading it into our suv and let me tell you, if it has been 1% harder we never would have gotten it loaded. If at all possible take a strong friend and be strong yourself. So bottom line unless you are both very good with tools and strong yourself with a strong friend I advise paying for delivery and assembly. There was a sheet inside the box with a phone number to arrange for assembly but unfortunately I can't find it now. Yes I would buy this grill again.

I picked up this grill about a month ago and so far could not be happier. The grill easily gets to about 625 degrees and will hold there. The natural gas conversion was very simple as well. It took about 90 minutes to get the grill up and running with unpacking, assembly and conversion.

Purchase in store and assembled myself it was easy and big plus instructions are well written. Grill will preheat to 650 degees within 15 mins. Lid is heavy to lift but retains heat really well. Would be nice if cover was included but would increase price. SS grate are heavy solid rod should last a long time Burners are close together for even heat.
