It was very difficult to set the Grill UP. Hard to reach to tide screws . But after hard setting up -(Was delivered on Skid in BOX) This is best Grill I ever purchased ( I have bought many). No cover came you need to have one as has Lots of open back, no suggestion where to order a cover. No Accessories to add (Rotesery as an example). Sam did not offer set up option. I recommend this product as long as you do not mind to set it up yourself.

Good value great features. Natural gas conversion was easy. Only problem is I can't tell if the burner is on! The flame is color less! Overall great grill. If there is one thing I would improve it is the ignition mechanism of the main burners. Would have preferred separate ignition control for each main burner.

I've only had this grill for about a month now and have not grilled on it a ton yet. It was fairly easy to assemble by myself. All components seem smartly designed, very well made and solid. Sear burner does a good job. Takes some getting used to if you haven't used one before. Main grill area is large and heats evenly. Lid is HEAVY. I understand that it is double layered to prevent outside getting super hot. I am actually thinking of adding a counterweight to it to make it a little easier to lift. So far it seems like a great grill, at a very reasonble price (especially since I got it on sale with $100 off!) I will check back in next year if my opinion changes in any way.

I finally used this grill last weekend. It is a great grill and cooks perfectly. Once you get the hang of it, it works just like my home gas range. So many ways to control the heat with 6 burners. Heats up quickly, and love the window so you can see inside without losing heat when opening the top. Well built, heavy duty. Great price too. The only thing I would have liked in addition to, would be tank holder to glide out, some lighting to see the temperature levels on the knobs, grill cover to go with. Of course I know this may increase the price. Other than that cannot complain. Beautiful grill. Sams Club (Members Mark) outdid themselves on this one.

I bought for my husband last month. We have used it almost every night!!! So nice that you can see how it's cooking without raising the lid. Definitely two thumbs up!!!

Arrived in great shape. I choose to assemble myself and entire process took me 2 hours. The grill arrived in a heavy wooden base and was packaged well. We have only used 3 times but so far worked great.

Large enough to start chicken wings on indirect heat then move them to the hot side to finish cooking. The glass is a plus! I've had my grill a few weeks and I have not done the grilling yet. Everyone else takes care of it for me.

The wheels were broke.. Sent back thought they would send another and NO It's was my husbands 35th anniversary present NOw we don't ahve anothiung very upset

Easy to assemble, appears to be good quality heavy lid, and great price. I've had it about a month and have used it 6 times and the electronic start still works(lol).
