I am giving a bad review since I ordered this grill and it arrived battered and scratched and the worst of it all after waiting for a response for the return I am still waiting more than 48 hours without receiving any response.

Ordering this BBQ island gave me so much anxiety and stress. 1st order was cancelled by Sam's by accident, lucky I was able to order a 2nd. 2nd order, it was damaged in transition and never arrived, got a refund because OOS… lost hope I'll ever see it in stock again… after a week of checking, was able to snag one at the sale price. With so much built up anxiety and doubts, I didn't expect the 3rd order to go smoothly but it did. Came on time, extremely well packaged, thick foam with steel bar reinforcement with no damage… was down expecting it to come in damaged base on all the reviews, but 3rd time was the charm. I would give it 5 stars if it wasn't such an headache. Everything pretty much came assembled except the handles and the rotisserie setup. I have the propane version and it heated up to 500 degrees. The veneer looks nice from 15' away and the stone top is nice. Easily, best bang for the buck if you can catch on sale, even at msrp, i think it's an alright deal. Wish I can find where they sell the veneer so I can build it into an L shape island. So based on my review and others, it's a buy at your own risk due to possible DOA, but if all the stars aligned like it did for me, it's a great buy! -Good Luck!
