Great grill, cooks real hot, sometimes knobs get too hot. Pretty good quality for the money. My brother visited us after I set this grill up and he was impressed with the look and performance and price that he wanted to order one, but sams just ran out of stock. I'm really enjoying showing off my big fancy grill.

This looks like it costs a lot of money, and gives a nice ah-factor, but a very beautiful addition to our backyard without the construction of a remodel. The only downfall is that it is VERY heavy, and there are no wheels to move it easily.

Beautiful Grill; shipping was about a week late but that's our only complaint. It's exactly as described. The metal door to the right is the opening to propane tank, I don't think I could find that information anywhere.

Grill is great, but after reaching out to Prokan Grills (Original Equipment Manufacturer) grill is even better! Customer service is some of the best I've ever dealt with, and the product development group is amazing! I wanted cast iron grill grates and a charcoal tray like some of the more expensive gas grills offer. I ended up with 3 charcoal grates, a griddle plate for the 4th grate slot, a newly designed charcoal tray from my example, and a grill topper that they have been working on! I highly recommend this grill station as I've had zero issues and OEM customer service is top notch!

This is a good quality grill and an excellent value. The stone is faux, but it still looks great. It is super heavy but comes in 3 pieces. Not much to assemble. The cabinets are assembled. You just need to put on the handles and the grill parts and then level the three sections so the space between them is even. (They do not attach to each other but look great.) The grill itself could be hotter, but it has been super windy every time we used it, so that could be why. We have not used the rotisserie or the side burner yet. Delivery was on time and the driver helped us get it to the yard. Overall, we love this grill and would highly recommend it.

It looks great except for the damaged countertop. Who can I contact to get the countertop replaced or the side piece replaced.

Looks great, but I can't get the heat above 450 degrees no matter what I try. This is very disappointing as my previous grill was able to get much hotter. I would return it if I could.

I am not sure what's the issue. I bought the natural gas version and which is hooked really well directly to my homes natural gas connection so I expected it to cook and heat fast but to my surprise it was exactly opposite. The grill took much longer to even pre heat and takes years to cook. The grill looks good but if this doesn't work fast then what's the use

It took a long time to be delivered, product came with a lot of damage, offered vendor to just send me the replacement parts and I would repair and install it myself. Still have not heard from vendor or Members Mark. Almost a month now!!!!

Bought this last spring, this summer the stone is falling off and top split over the winter. I live in Nashville so not severe weather.
