Air play!

Other than the smart TV channels already installed, I love the ability to use Apple air play with the TV. So much so that this is my second Vizio TV purchase in three months, and I convinced my friend to purchase two for her home. We both love our new TVs.

Awesome features, easy to use

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been purchasing VIZIO tvs for over 10 years. I have replaced older Vizio tvs with new ones but not due to any poor performance but just because I wanted to upgrade. Awesome features, easy to use, picture and sound are perfect. Best bang for my buck. Will never purchase anything other than Vizio for home entertainment!

Picture quality is good

I received this as a Father's Day gift in 2020. The picture is good, and the price is very affordable. However don't care for the fact I can't add or delete apps. Start in December it began to have issues with what I believe is software. I am contacting customer service today I will update review after it's resolved

Adding apps sux!

I've had the TV for 30 minutes and I'm already contemplating returning it! To add apps to the TV you have to add an additional app to your phone and HOPE the app you're looking for is available. I should be able to add apps to the tv without having to go thru all this BS!

The SmartCast application is great for being able to have another way to operate and control your TV, however you do not need that app to cast. For example, when going to applications that support casting and your TV and mobile device are on the same home network, you will see the casting icon in the app. All you have to do is press that casting icon and then choose the TV name that you wish to cast to! I like my Vizio TV. It is a compact 40" TV.

It fits in my older entertainment center. My Denon surround sound unit behaves OK with it. I would recommend a soundbar or an AVR to go with it for improved sound. The size is right, the price is right, the service from Vizio is great (needed to get the Vizio to work with the AVR).

Features and picture quality are great!

I purchased my this product a little over a month ago and I used the apps and other features all the time on it. It was a very easy setup and very user friendly. The picture quality is very crisp and clear. It is worth purchasing and great price point.

great picture and sound

We had an accident with our old one when our dog bumped into my fiance and he fell backwards into our T.V. So we had to get a new one and boy was I happy with the choice we made. The picture is so clear and vivid! And I love that it's a smart T.V with a lot of apps to choose from. This is a great T.V to buy!!!!

Already requiring factory resets

We've owned two for about 2 months and both have required a couple of factory resets for various reasons. The most recent was one of the units decided it would quit playing the audio of any show. It's just a haste to reset and then having to log in to all the apps again…

Always liked VIZIO'S but

Just bought this for myself for Christmas and a few days later I noticed a tiny dot of light on the screen, I really don't want to go through the hassle of taking it back, You can't tell once a show starts, I purchased a warranty so if it becomes a problem I'll get another one, other than that no problems.

Nice tv

I've had it a few months. The sound was off at first. I don't have cable and I had an old firestick so the 4k features were useless to me. I have a 4k firestick now and everything seems to be fine. To be fair, it could be user error. I just want to plug it in and watch. I don't care about the fancy updated technology.
