Bought my Vizio in Jan, had a problem, contacted customer service and in no time they made it right, sent a repair tech to my home and when that didn't work shipped a new TV and had a team deliver and set it up. 5 *'s all the way. Would buy another Vizio in a min! Thank you for such great service!

WE BOUGHT OUR FIRST VIZIO TV BACK IN 2010. STILL HAVE IT AND IT STILL WORKS PERFECTLY. NOW WE BOUGHT OUR FIRST VIZIO SMART TV. THE COLOR'S ARE AWSOME AND THE EASE TO NAVIGATE THE DIFFERENT FUNCTIONS IS GREAT. WILL CONTINUE TO GET VIZIO IN THE FUTURE.

I have had this TV for about a month and have had many problems at time from not wanting to turn on to sounds not working properly. I knew I was going to have problems because as soon as I took it out of the box, the back of the TV had some scratches on it and it seemed like they just went over it with black marker to try to cover it up. Not satisfied.

Had my last Vizio for ten years. Up graded to a bigger size, the older one still works fine. This new one is great, so many more features. Glad I stuck with a great brand. Looking for another one to fit my rec room, will be a little bigger. Bought the 43 inch for my living room. PERFECT FIT. Thanks VIZIO

There really is one thing that I do wish that Vizio would do better at and that is the audio. I have a 29-inch monitor that has built-in speakers and the audio on the monitor is much better than that of the Vizio. But other than that I do love the TV.

This Tv was purchased a week ago to replace a Vizio that was damaged by, an outside agency. I own 3 TVs and they all are Vizio, When people come to visit they always compliment the quality of the picture and sound of all the TVs, you get what you pay for. My first Vizio is still working and is 16 years old.

I have a 32” Vizio tv, which I've had for 10+ years, and never had any problems, except when lightning struck it, but Vizio repaired it promptly! I just got my 43” V series 4K HDR smart tv for Christmas & it is fabulous!! Vizio is the best, and I'll only use them for tv's forever!!

I bought this a month ago and couldn't be happier. The Apple phone integration is amazing. Being able to switch between inputs on my phone and powering the tv on/off with my Apple TV controller (and phone) literally has placed me in no need of the tv's remote.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It's been about 3 years with this Tv. Works well and syncs with many of my other devices easily. When I did experience technical problems, contact with customer support was smooth and satisfactory. No issues overall.
