Unfortunately, this tv has continuously disappointed our family room. The tv has had a mind of its own for the last few months. We purchased it in early July and it has turned itself off on its own, many of glitches and in order to get the sound to work from time to time we've had to unplug it. It has a beautiful picture and sound is clear but I have to say, it's not worth the other issues we've had thus far. I'm currently looking into the factory warranty and seeing what my options are.

I just purchased a sound bar and television and am in love with them both! And problems, questions or concerns I've had have been handled properly and professionally by the Vizio staff. Thank you during this difficult time for all your help and professionalism.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this a few years ago. We have been enjoying it and it still works! Only downside is that sometimes the tv stops working and we have to reset it through the menu. Other than that, it's easy to use and the screen has bright vivid colors, perfect for watching movies or gaming.

I bought this TV to replace one of similar size that was damaged by lightning. So far I am very pleased. If there is one minor negative, it is slow loading the internal applications. I have had no problems with this TV oh, and the picture quality is good

I bought my vizio a couple weeks ago and in the beginning there were some hardware malfunctions I was on the phone with Vizio and tried everything to fix the issues and followed every step that was instructed to me over the phone which unfortunately did not help.. it disabled the ability to use the features and after every attempt being unsuccessful the last resort I was told to wait a couple days to see if things get better as they were currently working on some updates which was a bit frustrating..but thankfully after those couple days my vizio is working amazingly and I am very happy with it!

I bought this tv as a Christmas present for my hubby and I. Best TV! We are so happy with our purchase! Took about 45 mins for the tv to complete all updates when we initially set it up. All the apps we use were already on the tv we just had to log into our accounts and start watching. We definitely recommend this tv for first time smart tv owners. It was very simple to set up.

This is my very first smart TV so it's been a learning curve for me however my old TV was only a 32in so the 50 in is much nicer it's awesome to be able to cast from my phone and my computer and watch YouTube videos and actually be able to see what I'm looking at I love it

I got my 50in about 2 weeks ago or so. This will makemy 3rd VIZIO tv i have purchased.love everything about VIZIO tv's from the way they're built down to the screen displays and...just everything about them. When i got my 42in i was ecstatic and now that i have an even bigger 1,i just can't get enough. I will end up with a VIZIO TV in every single room in my house(excluding the restroom-lol). I will only own a VIZIO. GREAT TV'S !!!

My biggest problem has been having to use three tv changers and they are sound bar, cable box and Visio remote control. One other thing you can not add any apps but their is a number of them some free others you have to pay for. . Now for the good things picture quality better than expected. Alexa can control some functions in Netflix. Still learning but every thing so far looks good except remote controls .

Great TV!!! Like all the features, very cool. I'd would off given a 5 star but the vizio alexa skills app needs to be improved. Had a difficult time getting it work with alexa kept getting "living room TV not responding" message otherwise I love this tv.
