This TV has a good picture however the sound keeps going out and requiring it to be reset. Vizio customer care is zero help in resolving issue. The sounds has gone out up to a dozen times and we have had the TV two weeks. This is being returned.

Picture is great and it's easy to setup. My only problem is the sound. The volume has to be turned up quite loudly to even hear it. I'm disappointed to say the least.

Software issue with uploading programming with applications. The only way I have found to fix this is by resetting tv to factory settings, this has happened two times already within a month of purchase.

Have had a small Vizio for 6 years and it is still as good as the day I bought it so a no-brainer to buy this model. Easy setup. No problems with anything. Great picture. No adjustment needed.

I am not happy with the picture clarity. Also too many channels have black borders and I'm not going to continually adjust the picture aspect. I am going to return this tv and go back to my 43 inch because I did not have the picture problems

It worked OK for the first day or two. The picture quality was great. The software was lackluster. Then the audio stopped working and finally it would no longer turn on. I returned the product and did not buy this brand as a replacement.

Absolutely love the picture, but it seems that the sound quality isn't as good as I think it should be. So, we added a sound bar, which seems to help.

Would like it to be a TAD brighter, but that's more about the amount of mid day sun we get in this room, than a knock on the TV's performance. Looks great, performs great. CANNOT beat the price.

It is the perfect upgrade from my old Vizio. Adjusting the screen is very easy, so color and clarity are tops. Just that much larger too, so I can really enjoy what I see.

Appeared the box was opened and taped up before it was sold to us. We bought this to donate to a friend's benefit who was diagnosed with breast cancer. The benefit was postponed so it so we havent tried it out yet.
