Had this for two months before I realized that it was not connected to my internet. Long story. Called your technical support and they spent over one hour helping me set it up properly. What support! Fantastic. I liked it before and it is even better now.

I purchased my television just a few weeks ago. It was easy to setup and it's easy to navigate. It came preloaded with all of the Smart TV apps and seemed to run whatever necessary updates automatically during setup. I love the high quality picture and sound.

I loved this TV right out of the box. Very easy to use, the quality is great, & I love the features. Very easy to watch videos from my phone, right to the TV wireless, & also I don't need to hit the input button for my gaming. Soon as I turn on my console, it just automatically comes on the TV.

Had my last Vizio for about 8 years, still had great picture quality. The only reason I purchased a new one was because the old web browser became out dated and wouldn't support streaming. I love my new Vizio except for the two times the picture went black and the words please wait come across the screen for about 5 minutes. Don't know what that's about yet but other than that, I really enjoy everything about it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this TV in a pinch thinking it would be a temporary fix until I could get a better one. I don't think I'm gonna get another. This tv has as good a picture as some of the more expensive brands and the features are better

Had another brand get a line through the middle of the TV after 3 years. I have another Vizio 6+ years old and it is still going. Saw this for a great deal and decided to replace the now broken TV. Has an even better picture than the other brand. App navigation is great (other bad reviews said theirs were laggy...mine has no issues). Only reason not 5 stars is because I've already had to reset the TV to factory settings due to the wifi all of a sudden decided to not connect. Hope it is a one-time issue.

I purchased this tv for the 4k HDR setting for my 4k movies. This has a great picture and great sound. The Smart tv has some great apps as well. I purchased this due to the high refresh rate thinking it was like the tru motion or smooth flow. Wasn't as I expected once everything was hooked up. The high resolution for the 4k is great however.

I brought this brand because about 10 years ago I brought one because of the low price and boy I was surprised. The color and definition was just what I was looking for. Since Smart TV is in now I decided to be loyal and purchase another one. Ad a matter of fact two Vizio Smart Tvs and I glad I did. The picture is even better and the colors are superb! Yes I would recommend this brand to my family and friends!

This is my second Vizio device and my first Vizio smart TV. I purchased this Vizio over the other brand because of the length of the warranty. The picture and sound quality are very good, as I expected from Vizio. My only negative is that this software package does not incorporate a web browser. I was not able to find one in the app store either.

I was impressed with all that came with the V Series and the quality. I was going to stick with Samsung as usual, but something told me and my wife to give Vizio a shot. We have been blown away with all the features. My 3 year old even can navigate the well mapped remote. Fantastic job Vizio. You won a new fan in this household.
