Super Easy Setup

I bought this two weeks ago and am happy with it so far. It was very easy to setup and has a nice picture. I have to have the sound way up to hear it, would probably help to have a sound bar, but think it should work well on its own, too. Overall, I am satisfied with it.

Glitches with Remote

I purchased this in September 2020. The main issue is the TV regularly (about 2 to 4 times a month) will not respond to the remote. The TV has to then be rebooted. Sometimes it will glitch will I am changing input from Vizio to my Direct TV programs. Other times it will glitch when I am either in Hulu or Netflix. It is very annoying.

Good TV, wish I had made a different choice

I bought this tv because picture quality and all the apps that were already present. Only to discover that HBOMax is not a part and Vizio support won't answer the question as if it will ever be. Vizio's suggestion is to cast from another smart device. That advice sucks! I ended up taking an older Amazon Fire Stick,downloading the app and using that. Second, recently a firmware update broke the RCA audio outputs and now a device attached to that output doesn't work and once again Vizio support chat, no answer. Told to call the support number. Why would I call a number where I will be on hold forever just to be told they are working on it. FIX YOUR PRODUCT AND YOUR SUPPORT!!!!!!!

Great Picture

I bought another brand of 4K TV and the picture was horrible. The people looked like they were dead and the color was washed out. I returned it immediately and went back to what I know, I have two other VIZIO's. The picture is fabulous, the color is rich. I will continue to purchase VIZIO.

Had to return it

I bought this TV at Wal-Mart on Christmas eve, hooked it up to our fiber internet. The move buttons would work fine and the picture was fine but when you hit the select button, such as changing the channels you had to wait for a few minutes for it to select the channel, same way with the volume you press up or down wait a few minutes then the volume would go up or down. It is like the processor inside was delayed.

No program guide, sound out of sync.

We bought this because our ancient Vizio LCD wouldn't maintain sound synchronization with our Vizio sound bar. Hey, the old TV was built before current audio and surround standards, so no big surprise. The V505-G9 has proven to be worse. Doesn't matter if it's OTA programming, streaming, playback from our external DVR - the sound loses sync, and the only way to get it back is power cycling the sound bar. None of the audio settings have made a significant difference, and the problem is not consistent. HDMI and optical link had identical results. Maybe the Vizio sound bar is at fault. But shouldn't these products work and play nicely?

Beautiful picture !!

Im glad we picked this TV it stayed in the box for 4 months to make sure that all would work out when i got assistance to put up. It was the right choice for us. The only thing that we find interesting is when its factory reset, why does the Apple Airplay always turn on by itself !?! Just curious about that one ... Thank you for the great features !!!! I bought this tv based on past experiences with Vizio TVs. I am pleased wit it's performance but not happy that it dose not support Sling. One of my reasons for buying a new tv was to be able to cancel my cable subscription which I have done. I found a work around that enables me to now got Sling.

Exactly what i was looking for

Wanted an extra TV for out Lanai. This was the perfect size. It has the features i was looking for..... 4K, LED, Wireless Connectivity, built in Smart capability. The only drawback is that the sound is a little lite weight and thin. Other than that, a great tv at a great price.

I love this TV!

I've had this tv for over a year and I love it. It's super easy to operate and has all the apps. I wish it had HVO Max that would be a great asset. I haven't had any issues so far I have it mounted in my living room. Great features easy to program. I would recommend this tv to anyone!
