Nice when it works, Problems already.

Let me start by saying my last Vizio tv (bought in 2014) is amazing!!! It still works really well except the apps don't update so I can't use them which is why I got a new tv also so I could use Apple AirPlay. I bought this TV a little over a month ago and have already had to contact support. The overall tv is nice when it works. The Apple AirPlay is awesome. The colors are great and when it works it's fantastic, although the sound is lacking a bit. The problem with this tv is about 2 weeks after I got it, the apps refused to open unless you pressed the preprogrammed buttons on the remote which only gives access to a few apps. This lasted for about a week then suddenly the tv did a software update and the apps returned to working. Then a week later - almost 30 days from my purchase date - the sound stopped working. No reason. I turned it on and no sound. I restarted the tv, unplugged it and did everything that was suggested to do online. NOTHING! Then I resorted to doing a factory reset and the sound restored, but I had to re-set up everything! This is really concerning for a tv that's a little more than 30 days old.

I hate my Vizio TV

I hate my tv!!. it takes forever to come on it shuts it self off . it wont let me change to regular tv from net flix or any other site that i might be tired of watch . I was so happy when i bought this 50" tv for my room and then as im trying to turn it on all it did was make me mad . never again will i buy a vizio

Easy setup

I was very excited to get my Visio. I had a curve Samsung so was a little hesitant when it came to a flat screen. The picture is the same but the sound on the Visio is far better. I do have a problem from time to time where I have to do a soft reset. Has happened 2x in 2 weeks.

Great Purchase

Although I am still learnings all the product has to offer, I am enjoying it tremendously. I now understand why they call it a SMART TV. The size is perfect for my entertainment center, the picture is crisp, and the sound is massive. Most of all I like watching YouTube and streaming shows using Smartcast instead of a tablet. This is the best purchase I have made so far.

Great picture!

I bought this tv a month ago and we love it. Has great picture and sounds amazing when it's hooked up to the sound bar. Love that it's a smart t v. Wish the speakers in it were better. When the movie is loud without the sound bar it rattles when there is too much base. Other than that it's great.

Smart T.V that goes the distance!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have had our 55" Vizio Smart Cast going on 3 1/2 years now with only "minor" issues that cause a reboot, which doesn't delete anything and other than that, amazing picture quality and clarity with built-in speakers that have great sound as well. Functional

I bought this TV about 6 months ago. Easy set up. Had to work out some bugs originally with some connectivity issues but all were relatively easy to solve. Very easy to use and navigate between apps different settings make experiences i.e. gaming, movies, etc. Fun to tinker with.

I absolutely loved this TV until it got lines

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It was an amazing TV at an amazing value. When I moved we were incredibly careful with it, and when I turned it on it had numerous black horizontal lines that will not go away. I wish the TV was designed a little more durable.

Love it

My only complaint is the refresh rate. Since I use it exclusively for gaming. The HDR made a huge difference. I was super skeptical about it but comparing it with my other VIZIO 50" non hdr...the picture quality is drastically improved. I love my new 65" and am grateful for the price point on it for such a great product.

Great Purchase/Great Value

I recently purchased a Vizio 4K UHD 40" for my wife's office. We're so impressed that when we go for our next upgrade Vizio will be giving Samsung a run for our business. We have a Sharp 4K UHD in our bedroom and we seriously enjoy our Vizio even more!!!
