Should be easy to work

Bought this TV thinking it would easy to navigate and it has been anything but easy. And now I can see from the home screen the app that are available to be used but I cannot access any of them. My screen is blank! Terrible purchase. Completely disappointed.

Love the TV....but....

Love the TV, the pic, the apps and extras, but it didn't come with any instructions. You have to download them, but they do not tell you what the buttons on the remote are for, how to get to the apps, settings, etc. If you aren't even a little bit tech savvy and have a LOT of patience, you will NEVER figure it out. Vizio makes great TV, but they need to include a paper booklet of instructions WITH instructions!

The features are a big plus

I have only owned the tv a month and it is easy to navigate but the input selection doesn't give you more than a few seconds to select an input before selecting the one you happened to be over while trying to select the correct one. Picture quality is excellent as should be expected on a 4k tv and the sound is very impressive for the small speakers that came installed.

Get a diffirent brand

Purchased a 65" HD and have to unplug it every other day and do a reset to get the audio to work. Will not waste my time on another vizio product. What a pain it is to unmount from the wall and reboot. I would have taken back to the store If I hadnt gotten rid of the box. Who would of thought it would work well just for a weeks time.

The worst television I own

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We get a lot of square inches per dollar spent. However, size does not matter here because it is the most annoying television to own. The software constantly crashes, so much so that I have to hard-reset the TV regularly. The black detail makes the picture worse than a 1990's pre-LED tv. Somehow there's styrofoam inside the screen. The sound is atrocious, as the tv rattles with low or loud sounds. This was so annoying that I had to buy external speakers. The app control constantly crashes or has buttons redirect you in an infinite loop, e.g., once you enter Watch Free, you will not be able to go to any other app until you perform a hard reset. I bought two of these TVs and only one shows pictures, the other only turns on for a maximum of eight seconds, so its just sat against the wall for about a year. You might think that the TV is such a good deal that you're willing to take the gamble. For your sanity, please do not. I cannot convince my wife that we need to replace it, so I'm stuck with a tv that has the lowest quality for any sports game and is the worst with video games.

Like all the available channels, but have issue

Tons of channels and things to watch. Will take awhile to see everything. Antenna channels have no audio. Support had us reset to factory defaults and we had audio until we turned the TV off. No audio again. Suspect it is a software issue, but I don't have time to deal with it again.

Clarity and detailed

Rich colors, great definition, and clear. Blacks are solid you can watch this tv in the dark easily with no color problem. The bad is the smart and smartcast features, it wont sync or catch to router. I use my fire stick which fixes the smart feature issues. Good budget 4k buy.

Mine didn't work so well

The mirror casting doesn't work. I didn't buy it for this feature but I was happy that it had it. Then I was disappointed because it doesn't work. The cord is on the short side. Our house is older and it's not our priority to do electrical things at this point. We just got it today so I haven't experienced it all.

Good/not so good

Due to the "Comono" virus, I bought this tv online.Didn't get the chance to speak to anyone, Great price but I had lots o questions to ask. It was difficult to set up.With some outside help, I figured it out. Oustanding color and sharpness on most channels, then fuzzy on others. The sound, well thats another story.Call it not so good. Not a problem. I just hooked it up to a stereo. works great.All in all love it

Huge Disappointment

I bought this tv and was so annoyed that smart app menu would not come up on the screen. I contacted Vizio to be informed that they don't have an ETA for the issue and once it is resolved an update would be sent to the tv. I returned the tv and got my money back.
